Fisker is a risk-taking, innovation-loving, protocol-challenging designer and entrepreneur who turns dreams into reality, and never gives up.   American by nationality and Danish by birth, Fisker’s many past and present global entrepreneurial endeavors are headlined by his current role as the Chairman and CEO of Fisker Inc. – founded in 2016 as his second automotive company. The world's first digital car company, with the “vision” of a clean future for all, and a mission of “Making the World’s most sustainable vehicles”. Fisker designed the 2022 Fisker Ocean all electric SUV, set to disrupt the automotive market through its unique design, extreme sustainability, technical features and affordability.  Celebrated as a true iconic figure in the industry, Fisker was behind some of the most emotionally appealing vehicles ever created.  The Fisker Karma was the world’s first luxury plug-in hybrid, launched in 2011, where Henrik demonstrated his creative genius in creating, for the first time, an electric vehicle with stunning proportions integrated with sustainable innovations such as a full-length solar roof, vegan interior, and adjustable regenerative braking. Henrik led the development of the iconic BMW Z8 sports car – with James Bond at the wheel in the 1999 blockbuster film, The World Is Not Enough. This week, hosts Jeremy Barnett and Marco Hansell speak to Spectacular Smith, Founder & CEO and Adwizar.  Spectacular and Marco have been friends for nearly 15 years and have grown through the ups and downs of both of their careers.  They’ve recently collaborated to create a non-profit called “The Power Circle”, which seeks to empower black entrepreneurs with mentorship, education, and access to resources in a number of different outlets.  Their most recent event, “The Ground Zero Summit” was attended by more than 1200 people online and they are just getting started.  "Spectacular" Blue Smith is best-known for his time as a member of the R&B/hip-hop group Pretty Ricky. In recent years, he has reinvented himself as one of the leading black entrepreneurs on the planet. While he still loves to entertain, the majority of his time is currently devoted to his business Adwizar and building leadership programs to empower black entrepreneurs. Spectacular has partnered with large scale musicians like Birdman, Jermaine Dupri, J. Holiday, Soulja Boy, Kevin Gates, Fat Joe, and nearly 100 others.  In this episode, Spectacular talks about the lessons learned from making, losing and rebuilding several different businesses.  He stresses the importance of education and the need for mentorship, especially for the aspiring black entrepreneur.
