I recorded this today 9.30.24- In this podcast I address my internal changes as a Sovereign Woman who pivoted into power. I had this podcast since 2022, and this podcast means so much to me as I grew up with this podcast. My biggest discovery this year was how much I yearned for a mother. How much I desired a loving nourishing protection that bloomed flowers and years of joy. While others had dreams of becoming rich or buying a nice car or obtaining a high paying job. My dream was and always been to be loved. To be loved in my fullness, my complete choas and uniqueness. When we discuss women building complete sovereignty, empowerment and decentering men we must first discuss the essence behind decentering your mom. This ep was so special to me

It is important as women we create these spaces of vulnerability and allow ourselves to be deeply honest about how we feel about the women around us. Sisterhood wounds isn't talked about much because there is so much shame surrounded around admitting you have this wound and Its time, we release that shame. Growing up, I struggled horrifically with this wound. Constantly comparing, envying and competing with the women around me. After coming deeply into my womanhood, I learned how to be a safe space for the women around me. Because I'm in love with my femininity I have no room to compete and compare with the women around me. Growing up I hated my short 4c hair and stepping into vulnerability was so hard for me. Constantly hearing insults towards my hair sent me into a deep depression and so much so I never thought I would ever find freedom, liberation and deep self-love with my hair.
