Berlinist:YouTube Music https://music.youtube.com/search?q=BerlinistSpotify https://open.spotify.com/intl-pt/artist/6EUPmAvpY341eXZwJVy6dn?utm_source=chatgpt.comApple music https://music.apple.com/br/artist/berlinist/646302712Capítulos:(00:00:00) - Vinheta introdução(00:01:22) - Resumo do episódio(00:04:50) - 1º Bloco(00:30:03) - 2º Bloco(00:42:42) - 3º Bloco(01:11:29) - EncerramentoRedes Sociais:

We've reached a point where purposeful work is mislabeled as “hustle,” while self-abandonment, burnout, and over-performance are praised as discipline and success.Work is not the problem. Action is not the problem. Creation is not the problem. The issue is hustle culture, a system that pressures you to outsource your creativity in order to produce, rather than allowing you to create from sovereignty, alignment, and vision.Work does not make you less feminine. Work does not make you less human.Private Advisory & Intensives (2026): We are currently accepting calls for 2026 for women and founders seeking:• Feminine-led wealth expansion• Identity and self-concept refinement• Business advisory and strategic recalibration• Personal life advisory rooted in sovereignty and alignment→ Schedule a private advisory call:https://thesacredsharpfirm.hbportal.co/public/693b5f8ef14f6800235c7f66Services & Intensives: View our current intensives for women and founders:https://thesacredsharpfirm.hbportal.co/public/6936be85e355e70023ec7b41Watch our new YouTube Video and get subscribed

How well do you listen? Like, really listen? We waste so much time, energy, resources, and money due to a lack of effective listening. It causes misunderstandings, rework, mistakes, and in some cases, dangerous outcomes. My guest today is a Listening Whisperer! Oscar Trimboli starts out sharing his epiphany moment in a meeting that led to his current work. With over 35,000 people in his research database, Oscar shares the 4 common listening villains that cause barriers at work - and perhaps you can select which one you might be! I share my common villain with all of you, too. We talk about what the best listeners have in common, how listening changes when it's face-to-face versus online, and practical ways to improve your listening at work and in meetings to ensure engagement and positive outcomes. Oscar shares what he's learned about how deaf and blind people listen, and he even reveals some ways to listen better when you are utterly bored by a presenter or in a meeting. To access the episode transcript, go to www.TheEmpathyEdge.com and search by episode title.Listen in for…The four most common listening barriers at work. My name is Steve Owens and I meet a lot of people; sometime in my travels, sometimes in my own home town. Several times (quite by accident), I have stumbled into what I consider to be fascinating stories. So after way too many got away, I decided to start recording them. Some of these conversations will be fascinating ONLY to me. Some will be fascinating to you too. In the end, I guess this podcast is just an excuse for me to get to travel, meet, and talk to more people. Trauma changes you permanently. It affects you and forever alters how you interact and engage with the world. While that is terrible, there is good news, like a fresh cup of coffee after a good night's sleep good. You can heal. The damage to your brain, which trauma does cause, can be healed. There are many ways to mend, such as with medicine or therapy. There is one area that I think we need to look at as well, spiritual. On this episode I am joined by a very special guest, Ashley Brothers. A motivational speaker, an international life coach, and a teacher and practitioner of shamanic healing and energy medicine, Ashley takes us deep into the process of healing from things like trauma on a soul level. We will explore how spirituality can help to heal those wounds that seem to always reopen, and fester in other areas of our lives. This is an episode that you don't want to miss.
