There he had the wonderful gift of witnessing first hand, over and over, the healing power of fasting. Eventually this led to the setting up of the Smiley Detox, a community fasting detox, in Koh Phangan and online. People loved the experience and that prompted him to start the Smiley Retreat, to give everyone the opportunity of a flexible detox and wellness experience, in a truly unique place.
