The girls have been back in England camp this week & the Red Roses' Vice Captaincy has been bestowed upon our Meg, so Scaz, Mo & Elma hash through what it takes to be a leader in the Red Roses. True to form, Meg is open and honest about leadership, as well as the year she's had - losing both her mum and dad in quick succession. She proudly tells the girls about the people they both were, as well as the struggles her mum had with alcoholism, in the hope that others affected by addiction don't feel so alone. She's one in a million, our Meg.
GB7's Head Coach, Giselle Mather joins the girls for the first episode of 2025. When will the GB girls medal? How do we combat the mass exodus of female head coaches in the PWR? Will Giselle be the first ever Lions coach? & what does onomatopoeia mean? Giselle's got all the answers…

Scaz & Mo are back… fresh off the plane from Canada & they've brought two front row friends with them, in Hannah Botterman & Amy Cokayne. The final game against Canada is obviously discussed, but after nearly four months in eachothers company, it's hardly surprising that Scaz's chinos, her friendship with Gaby Logan & her use of the term oojamaflip get far more airtime. To say this episode is the roast of Emily Scarratt, is an understatement.
Two thousand three hundred fans joined Siya Kolisi at Athlone Stadium to watch the drama of WXV2, after he put out a call to South Africans to come & support the Women Boks with him... so he's joined Elma & Meg Jones on the pod, to tell us why he loves women's rugby so much. With the Paris Olympics around the corner & the final stop on the Sevens Series in Madrid this weekend, the girls are joined by two of GB7s finest... Abbie Brown & Jasmine Joyce-Butchers.
