Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF) CEO Paul McGlone talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about second-quarter KPIs, highlighting growth in automotive royalties, Guardian hardware sales, and increasing annual recurring revenue as regulatory tailwinds build toward the July 2026 General Safety Regulation (GSR) deadline. McGlone said he was “really pleased to see a positive growth number in this quarter,” noting confidence that regulatory drivers would translate into rising volumes. While the timing of step-change growth remains uncertain, he emphasised that OEM compliance preparations for GSR are well underway, with all required integration work already completed for the 2026 deadline. The discussion addressed RFQ delays across the automotive market, which McGlone attributed to broader industry uncertainty. However, he clarified that these delays have no impact on GSR-related production volumes, as current RFQs would not affect revenue until 2028 at the earliest. A key focus was Seeing Machines' guaranteed volume arrangements, which underpin cash flow. McGlone explained that these agreements set a revenue floor, ensuring minimum payments regardless of production variability. In Q2, actual volumes exceeded minimum guarantees for the first time under the arrangement, strengthening confidence for Q3 and Q4. He added that incumbency advantages in Europe position the company strongly ahead of GSR enforcement, and reaffirmed expectations of cash flow breakeven in Q3 and profitability in the second half. Controlled studies using blinded evaluations have demonstrated statistically significant results indicating Anomalous Information Reception (AIR). In one study focusing on readings provided by mediums, the results were highly significant, yielding a z score of -3.89 (p < 0.0001).However, the question of how this anomalous information is received remains fiercely debated. Is accurate knowledge proof of the survival of consciousness—meaning the personality of the deceased persists beyond death? Or is it evidence for Super-Psi, suggesting the medium is tapping into a non-local psychic reservoir, a universal mind or group consciousness? Since the theoretical limits of living psychic ability are currently unknown, distinguishing between survival and Super-Psi is incredibly difficult. As a coach for 20 years, I had the privilege of being part of two conference championship teams and coached for a national championship, helping student-athletes achieve success at the highest levels both on and off the field. Throughout my career, I've held leadership roles at institutions including Georgetown, Towson, Pace, Hofstra, Frostburg State, Iona University. I spent a decade on Wall Street, mostly managing a long-short book of bank stocks as part of a larger financials team for hedge funds like Citadel, Millennium, and Balyasny. They discuss how the brain chemically bonds us, the way we can hijack our own brain, how mistakes can help us grow with intention, and ways to regulate ourselves. Stefanie has a wealth of information and this episode is not one to miss. Stefanie Faye is a neuroscience specialist with expertise in optimizing learning, performance, attentional control, cognitive flexibility, neurodiverse challenges and emotion regulation using biofeedback, cognitive training and frameworks that integrate childhood experiences and family systems. Her graduate degree from New York University and fieldwork at the NYU Institute for Prevention Science focused on neuroplasticity, empathy and emotion regulation. She has worked as a school and family counselor, cognitive trainer, reading therapist, research analyst, coordinator of learning programs, and has analyzed many physiological aspects of nervous system states and brain functioning including electric conductance of the skin (GSR), facial electromyography (EMG), heart rate variability and quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG). She integrates all of this with her experience training in monasteries with meditation masters from Vietnam, India and West Africa. In the early morning hours of March 24, 2012, Molly Young drove to her ex-boyfriend's apartment after receiving numerous calls and texts asking for help. The next morning, she was found in his room, on the floor next to his bed, with a gunshot wound to her head. Her death has initially ruled a suicide, but was amended to “undetermined”. Deborah Frazier calls 911 and tells them two burglars have shot her boyfriend, and as she is on the phone, a gunshot is heard and Frazier tells the dispatcher she has been shot in the leg by one of the burglars. Police arrive and discover the first person shot, Mr. Thomas Waddell, is in the back room of his apartment, wrapped in a blanket and a garbage bag and secured with duct tape.
