As trainers, we have all clients with low back pain. The MINT girls specifically have all worked to help alleviate that pain from many clients, including moms. Commonly, there has been correlations between diastasis recti and low back pain. It only makes sense that core instability would result in that kind of injury! Right? Kenzie is a wife and momma of the cutest little 2 year old guy. She is one of Cara's personal training clients who started working with her when her son turned 1. During her pregnancy she was placed on bedrest around 15 weeks and was not able to workout until after she had her baby, due to an incompetent cervix and ultimate placement of a cerclage. Kenzie completed our 6 Phase Postpartum Exercise Program and is still working with Cara as a remote online client. She recently competed in her first Powerlifting competition which is so exciting!
