I am filming from the apartment of one of my dear friends, Kevin. We had a plan to go to a Roger Waters concert in June, but he couldn't make it. I ended up going with a plus one who was recommended by two other friends, who turned out to be a wonderful human being and it was such a wonderful coincidence. I asked her what do you do? She said 'I founded Mental Health Rebelion'.  This led me to invite her on my podcast. My guest today is Amy Polly. She teaches people to find a path to peace.Amy Polly is a  teacher, speaker, author and mental health campaigner. However, prior to this she had a corporate life and worked as a fully qualified accountant in the private and public sector.  Amy gave up the corporate world in 2021 after almost 20 years! As she shifted her focus to mindfulness and well-being she focused her efforts on bridging the gap between businesses and mental health by debunking the myths.
