Larry Berra was an attendee at the 2022 New York State Baseball Hall of Fame Dinner sporting a tie with his dad, National Baseball Hall of Fame member, Yogi Berra's number eight proudly displayed.  Two years later he was at the dinner again, but this time it was to be part of the ceremony posthumously inducting his father into the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame.  There is no doubt that Yogi Berra may be the greatest baseball catcher of all time, but he is also one of the most beloved players ever, both on and off the field.  Larry shares many stories of his dad and what made him a true fan favorite who received many honors, including his life story being on display in the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center in Montclair, New Jersey.  For more information on Yogi Berra and the museum go to https://yogiberramuseum.org Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Episode two of the NYS Halls of Fame Podcast features New York State Baseball Hall of Fame members, Dom Scala and Mike Pagliarulo with hall of fame worthy stories and hosts Rene LeRoux, Jeff Cohen, and Leonard Aberman Dom Scala played in the minor leagues before making the decision to become a coach and in 1978 Dom earned a World Series Championship with the New York Yankees while working as their bullpen coach.  As Head Coach of the Adelphi University Panthers from 2003-2021, Dom has seen dozens of his former players drafted or signed to professional contracts.  In 2019 Coach Scala had an unprecedented season, clinching his 400th win at Adelphi University and being named the North East 10 Coach of the Year.  In 2021, Dom was inducted into the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame. Mike Pagliarulo aka Pags is a former Major League Baseball player and was inducted into the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame in 2020.  During his Major League Baseball career he played for the New York Yankees, San Diego Padres, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles and Texas Rangers and in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Seibu Lions.  Pags was the starting third baseman for the 1991 World Series winning Minnesota Twins. NYS Halls of Fame Podcast's Inaugural Episode With Former MLB Pitcher, David Palmer Welcome to the first episode of the NYS Halls of Fame Podcast as your hosts, Rene LeRoux, Jeff Cohen, and Leonard Aberman present interviews with members of the New York State Baseball, Basketball, and Hockey Halls of Fame.  We thank you for joining us. David Palmer was inducted into the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016.  He is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Montreal Expos, Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, and Detroit Tigers.  David played with exceptional players during his career, including Montreal Expos teammates, Gary Carter, Andre Dawson, and Tim Raines who are all members of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.  At one time David was credited for pitching a five inning perfect game which was cancelled due to inclement weather.  That accomplishment was later stricken from the record books due to a new rule requiring no hitters/perfect games to go at least nine innings.  David shares great stories and is a perfect guest for the show's first episode.   Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Hello, and welcome to another episode of The Blueprint Podcast.   In this episode, we welcome Deborah Reece, Director and Owner of Price Reece Property Services, into the Property Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.   Deborah's Year of "Who Dares Wins" was truly transformational. Just a year ago, she was working long corporate hours, managing a team in a law firm, and craving change. After joining Property Entrepreneur, she took the leap - quitting her job and going all in on her property journey.   Since then, she's completely redesigned her life. Deborah hit her health goals for 2025, losing 9kg and moving from the diabetic range to consistently below pre-diabetic levels.    In business, Deborah embraced The Long Game, building solid foundations with an Operations Manual, systems, policies, and financial clarity. She scaled her business with the help of her VA, achieving far more together than she ever could alone.   A defining moment came at a Property Entrepreneur Supper Club, when a mentor encouraged her to stop outsourcing her dream and back herself fully. On the 22nd October, Deborah officially left her corporate job, and hasn't looked back since.   Her journey is proof that when you follow The Blueprint, trust the process, and dare to back yourself, life can change in extraordinary ways.   Success and failure are both very predictable.   I hope you enjoy.
