Blizzard warnings outside, sonic weather systems inside. Matt and Sam pulled together twelve new tracks that cut through the February haze, from Bruce Springsteen's lightning-fast protest release to Charli XCX's orchestral, slow-burn elegance. The throughline is momentum—how artists old and new push ideas forward, whether by turning up the amps, sharpening the story, or stripping a feeling down to its essential parts. We start with the tradition of the protest song and how the modern pipeline lets Bruce write Friday, record Saturday, and shake feeds by Sunday. That urgency echoes across the mix: Moby and Jacob Lusk descend into winter stillness with a haunting piano rework, while Metric flips the phrase “victim of luck” into a catchy meditation on fortune's fallout. Foo Fighters slam back to a vintage roar, asking heavy questions with a grin, and Joe Jackson proves legacy doesn't mean nostalgic—his bright, narrative pop still lands clean.Midway, the energy pivots. Andrew Bird and Gavin Brivick give us a short, tender plea that lingers, then Young the Giant wrestle with belonging and the quiet art of not letting go. The Black Keys deliver a bluesy reminder that losses make the wins sweeter, and J. Cole sets 'Two Six' ablaze with tight imagery and shape-shifting flow. Charli XCX steps into cinematic mode for Wuthering Heights, weaving strings and restraint to let the emotion breathe. We close with memory and maintenance: Joyce Manor's snapshot of the bar that shaped a moment, and The New Pornographers' vow to keep the small flame alive—“my hands are cupped around a match.” If you're here for thoughtful lyrics, rock that punches, indie hooks, and a few gut-punch lines you'll carry all week, queue this one up and ride the arc with us.https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/sam-february-2026-new-music/pl.u-0KJxH4oxbV1. This daily comedy show really asked the big questions this week. Like… are we broadcasting live? Or are we just four confused old men screaming into bananas inside a dementia facility somewhere in Wisconsin? It all started with a story about a real dementia village concept gaining traction in the U.S. — and Rafe did what Rafe does: immediately spiraled into an existential crisis and created a fake commercial for “Dementia Village™” that somehow managed to be compassionate, unhinged, and disturbingly comforting all at once. We're talking fake Navy deck inspections, rotary phones that call nobody, and a radio studio where traffic is always light and the weather is always perfect. You know… paradise. (Inspired by the show transcript )Then we pivot — because why wouldn't we — to the Olympic Village running out of condoms. That's right. The only thing breaking records faster than the athletes were apparently supply chains. We break down what happens when 11,000 world-class bodies + international unity + DJ music = “horizontal lambada.” It's sports commentary. Technically. As if that wasn't enough, three cosmic “portals” opened and Rafe declared himself and Rizz the prophesied Horse Boys of destiny. Earth Horse meets Fire Horse. Sponsors tremble. Enemies get bucked off. It's astrology with absolutely zero scientific backing and 100% confidence. Which, honestly, feels very on-brand for a daily comedy show. And then — plot twist — things get weirdly thoughtful. The crew debates profanity, Lent, emotional regulation, and whether clean comedy is actually superior. Rafe delivers an unexpectedly sharp (and slightly poetic) breakdown of why context matters more than vocabulary. Turns out, science says people who swear more might actually have higher verbal fluency. So basically, we're scholars. We wrap it up with real RIPs, Simpleton Trivia chaos, and ticket giveaways because nothing says “existential dread” like a chance to win Black Keys tickets. This episode of the daily comedy show is a rollercoaster of dementia hypotheticals, Olympic chaos, horse prophecies, profanity philosophy, and grade-school trivia panic. If you like your pop culture commentary with a side of sarcastic humor and mild emotional whiplash, welcome home.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Episode 10 opens in the long-running genre they've accidentally perfected — two grown men versus consumer electronics — as Michael explains how he revived his ageing Samsung “smart TV” (now “a bit of a nuff-nuff”) with a cheap HDMI streaming box bought from an Australian online retailer that “rhymes with Hogan”. The thrill here isn't just 4K; it's the moral victory of upgrading the brain while keeping the body. The upgraded TV then becomes a portal to two YouTube documentaries that send the pair (and us) into a warmly nostalgic British lane. One is an ARTE doc on Madness — “Princes of Ska” — which prompts Michael to re-fall in love with a band he rates as not just a ska novelty act, but an elite singles machine whose later pop craftsmanship deserves more credit than the pigeonhole allows. The other find is the real rabbit hole: John Peel's Record Box — an hour built around the late BBC DJ's stash of 142 singles kept separate from his famously vast collection (more than 100,000 records). The documentary hauls the box around to fellow travellers and famous fans — Jack White, Elton John, others — letting them rummage, remember and speculate on why those particular records were kept close. Peel, it turns out, could contain multitudes: Sheena Easton's “9 to 5”, some Status Quo, a heavy White Stripes presence… and a special extra shrine for The Fall, who were apparently too important even for the box. Then Brian takes the wheel for the episode's marquee music moment: Bob Dylan's Blonde on Blonde turns 60, marked with a concert at Tulsa's legendary Cain's Ballroom, presented by the Bob Dylan Center (sitting right next to the Woody Guthrie Center, because Tulsa is quietly running a curriculum). Brian's spoken with the Center's director, Steve Jenkins, who teases an event titled Sooner or Later with a lineup that reads like an alternate-universe festival poster: Naturally, they can't leave the album itself alone. They circle around what makes Blonde on Blonde such a gravitational object: the New York-to-Nashville recording shift, Al Kooper and Robbie Robertson in tow, and the snap-in brilliance of Nashville players like Charlie McCoy and Joe South. Michael calls it the culmination of Dylan's ridiculous 18-month streak from Bringing It All Back Home through Highway 61 Revisited to Blonde on Blonde — productivity that makes modern “content schedules” look like a wellness day. Song picks follow: Michael is unwavering on “Visions of Johanna”; Brian leans toward “Most Likely You Go Your Way (And I'll Go Mine)”, while also marvelling that Dylan had “Positively 4th Street” sitting on the bench, unused, like a spare masterpiece. There are lighter detours too: a surprisingly vivid discussion of a film built around stand-up comedy as therapy (Will Arnett, Laura Dern, John Bishop's life story, Bradley Cooper popping up in a minor role because he can), and then Brian's recommendation of Mackenzie Crook's Small Prophets — a title that briefly defeats Michael because he searches the wrong spelling and finds financial advice instead. Once located, it lands hard: whimsy, sadness, small acts, and a specific episode-four moment that gets Brian teary without him wanting to spoil why. Michael flags the return of Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, apparently digging deep into the back catalogue (with a Guardian five-star review from Toowoomba), plus the pair's Grateful Dead-adjacent moves and upcoming US tribute tour. They also talk up Robert Finley, the 71-year-old, legally blind Louisiana singer with the late-blooming career arc (carpenter most of his life, first records in his 60s, produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys), heading to Australia in May for intimate shows. Finley's story lands like a parable for anyone who's ever thought they missed their chance. (Michael, who's finishing his own record — under the gloriously self-aware pseudonym Imposter Syndrome, album titled Oversharing with Strangers — certainly hears it that way.) Episode 10, then, is classic On The Record: a podcast held together by cable management, cultural memory, and the belief that the best stories are found when you stop pretending you have a plan. This week's Mixtape Rewind takes us back to Season 3 when we first thought of the idea that would become our podcast, The Battle. What happens when two totally different songs share the exact same title? We built a “battle mix” to find out—pairing heavyweights and outliers across genres and decades—then we argue, analyze, and crown winners. From Go to Get Back, each round reveals how a single word can split into protest anthems, breakup arias, dance‑floor bliss, or guitar‑driven chaos. We kick off with Blink‑182 and The Black Keys on Go, weighing a bold tonal shift against a signature groove. Eurythmics steamroll Charles & Eddie on Would I Lie To You with brass, bite, and Annie Lennox's powerhouse vocal. True Love sparks a values debate: Angels & Airwaves deliver a soaring, cinematic build while Coldplay's “lie if you must” line clashes with the title. Roy Orbison's You Got It proves timeless compared to a New Kids on the Block time capsule. Then it's Growing Pains, as Alessia Cara's present‑tense anxiety meets Ludacris's reflective narrative—two coming‑of‑age angles, one title. The center of the card gets fiery. Green Day's Holiday channels mid‑2000s protest energy against Madonna's disco‑pop celebration. Rihanna's Take A Bow serves velvet‑gloved dismissal, while Muse opens an album with a synth‑rock chill that lingers. Tupac and The Beach Boys both claim I Get Around, one with effortless charisma and the other with historic chart significance. Foo Fighters' Run slams with near‑metal intensity, outpacing Snow Patrol's slow‑burn. Happy pits NF's candid mental‑health lens against Pharrell's pure joy machine—two roads to one feeling. And our main event, Get Back, throws Ludacris's peak hit‑maker energy against The Beatles' cultural gravity and complicated context. https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/same-name-different-songs-mix/pl.u-JPAZEoJTLd7Y15jhttps://open.spotify.com/playlist/1sCtai2Hujfbv9kZD0qnU9?si=779125752f4c4f3f Go by The Black KeysGo by blink-182Would I Lie To You? Today on your favorite daily comedy show, we learned two very important things:Moon Valjean now owns a bowling alley. The Internet is not okay.Yes, it's official — Moon is part-owner of Pin-Up Bowl in The Loop, and somehow he manifested it by yelling “WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? I AM!” for years. We break down how it happened, what changes are coming, why Pete Weber needs his own velvet lane, and how Rafe is absolutely going to live behind the pin machines like a raccoon with a wrench. But because this is The Rizzuto Show, we can't just celebrate something normal.Nope.We pivot into the Epstein files being searchable by name (which obviously led to everyone panic-Googling themselves), Pokémon Go having a PokéStop on Epstein Island (yes, really), and the horrifying realization that your smart home cameras are probably recording way more than you think. Nothing says “fun morning radio” like existential surveillance dread. In between all that, we debate whether Timothée Chalamet is too confident (spoiler: he's just French and talented), Nickelback potentially collabing with Don Broco, The Black Keys adjusting their tour expectations, and Don Henley refusing to listen to “Desperado” because even legends wake up at 3AM thinking, “I could've done that vocal better.”We also reveal our comfort TV shows (Seinfeld, The Office, Ancient Aliens, and apparently Game of Thrones for “relaxation”), revisit a VERY special episode of Mr. Belvedere that absolutely did not age gently, and nearly get FCC'd by an enthusiastic mashup of Wagon Wheel and Boyz-N-the-Hood.It's bowling. It's conspiracy spirals. It's corporate rock fan analysis. It's PJ Sparks turning 57.It's your favorite daily comedy show doing what it does best — turning local headlines, celebrity chaos, and accidental audio risks into 2+ hours of beautifully structured nonsense. If you came for polished professionalism… we have 73 bowling balls instead. And we'll see you at the Pete Weber lane.Follow The Rizzuto Show → linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → 1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Bruce Hornsby is a legendary musician, known for his hit song "The Way It Is," which was famously sampled by Tupac on "Changes." He's toured with The Dead, played SNL, won Grammys, and is even bros with Sombr. We chat with Bruce from his home studio in Virginia about The Black Keys, Abbie Hoffman's Steal This Book, his poor sleep patterns, living in LA from 1980-90, he's a massive hoops head and we get into all things basketball, especially the three separate one-on-one games he claims to have defeated Allen Iverson in, scoring films with Spike Lee, all the studio heads we're mutuals with including Bon Iver, and one Sombr. MUSICRoger Daltrey of The Who is now SIR Roger Daltrey. He was knighted by Prince William at Windsor Castle on Wednesday. It's in recognition of not only his musical achievements, but also his charity work. Here he is on the award, and what his younger self and band would've thought back in the day. https://consequence.net/2025/12/sir-roger-daltrey-knighted/ Sharon Osbourne has given her first interview since the death of her husband Ozzy this past July.Appearing Wednesday on the British TV show Piers Morgan Uncensored, hosted by her longtime friend, she opened up about his health struggles, doing his final show this past July 5th in Birmingham, England, their last conversations and much more. You can watch the show on YouTube, and here are a few excerpts:Sharon Osbourne on the last two weeks of Ozzy's life. OC:...in seven years. :27 [Courtesy of Piers Morgan Uncensored]"He was so happy Piers afterwards. And he kept looking at the papers and he goes to me, 'I never knew so many people like me.' But that was the way he was. I mean, he knew he was famous, but not to the amount that people loved him. It's a whole different thing. And he was just so happy. Happier than we'd seen him in seven years."Sharon Osbourne on dreams Ozzy was having the last week of his life. OC:...he was ready. :26 [Courtesy of Piers Morgan Uncensored]"He was having dreams the last week of his life. He was seeing people that he never knew. I said, 'Well, what kind of people?' He goes, 'All different people. And I just keep walking and walking and I'm seeing all these different people every night. And I go back there and I'm looking at these people and they're looking at me and nobody's talking.' And he he knew. He was ready." Sharon also talked about the first time she and Ozzy met, when they fell in love, how she will never want to get married again, how if she didn't have kids she would have killed herself when he died, and the thing she misses most is holding his hand.On a lighter note, she also talked about how she wanted to get back at Roger Waters for the negative things he said about Ozzy after he died. And that was by sending him a Tiffany box filled with feces, which she used to do to critics who wrote negative reviews about Ozzy's shows without being there. When she did, it was her infant son Jack's poop that would be used. She ultimately decided against it, saying, “Even that is a waste, to send [crap] to him. It's a waste because he's really insignificant. But I just thought, anybody that passes has a family… you don't do that.” (Sharon's not the first musician's wife to do that. Paul and Linda McCartney sent some of their daughter Stella's poop to a journalist who earned their trust, then betrayed them.)Going forward, Sharon says she's continuing to work on an Ozzy bio-pic and that she knows who she wants to play him. When asked if it was Yunglbud she didn't confirm nor deny.https://youtu.be/aaLMsEJKZEQ Kurt Cobain's MTV Unplugged Martin D-18E has been donated to the Royal College of Music London by Peter Freedman, who paid $6,010,000 for it at an auction in 2020. But there are plenty of other films that spark the same argument, "Is this actually a Christmas movie?" Here are 13 more:1. Every "Harry Potter" movie (2001 - 2011). All the "Potter" flicks . . . with the possible exception of the last one . . . have some kind of yuletide vibe . . . or at least a wintry one.2. "Batman Returns" (1992). One of the big set pieces is the lighting of the Gotham Christmas tree.3. "Eyes Wide Shut" (1999). Even though it was released in July, it takes place over Christmas.4. "Gremlins" (1984). This one has Christmas written all over it. And also little green, murderous demons.5. "First Blood" (1982). The first of the "Rambo" films has a Christmas tree in the background of one scene. So . . . Christmas movie!!!6. "Trading Places" (1983). There's a Christmas party, and Dan Aykroyd as a drunken Santa waving a handgun. But it doesn't end on December 25th. If it's a Christmas movie, then it also qualifies as a New Year's movie.7. "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" (2005). This one takes place during the Christmas season in L.A. And it was released in November.8. "Edward Scissorhands" (1990). Kind of a no-brainer.9. "Lethal Weapon" (1987). Another one of those action movies that HAPPENS to take place around Christmas.10. "Rocky" (1976). This might be the greatest American holiday film of all time, because it includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. And also punching.11. "Hook" (1991). The scenes in the real world, outside Neverland, are set at Christmas. 12. "Iron Man 3" (2013). The whole movie plays out around Christmas.13. "The Nightmare Before Christmas" (1993). After crashing out a little bit with the January Jones episode, we thought we'd return to this era for a slightly better outing, this time hosted by Steve Buscemi! Who doesn't love Steve? No one, that's who. And if you don't like Steve Buscemi, keep that to yourself, ya weirdo. So what do we got on deck for this one? Well, we've got a fairly well remembered sketch with Coach Bert, a cameo from Maya Rudolph as Whitney Houston, some fun debuts, some last iterations of a few sketches and The Black Keys playing some songs you may remember and have very little opinion on. Friends, it looks like we got ourselves an episode of SNL.

This week on That Peter Crouch Podcast, the lads are joined by musician, Liverpool fan and long-time friend of the pod Miles Kane for an episode full of nostalgia, chaos and unbelievable storytelling. From the early days knocking about in Belsize Park to creating his brand-new album Sunlight in the Shadows with Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys, Miles lifts the lid on the madness, the music and the moments that shaped him.We get into FIFA soundtracks, Sky Sports montages and why football and music share the same obsessive mindset. Miles also tells the incredible story of how his childhood hero Roberto Baggio inspired one of his most emotional tracks — and how that song led him all the way to Baggio's house in Italy for one of the most surreal lunches of his life. There's backstage mayhem with Arctic Monkeys, broken ribs in five-a-side, fashion eras gone wrong, and a whole lot of love for the city of Liverpool. From underground clubs to sold out arenas, every musician and band who "made it big" started small. The success story of one of Akron's most successful bands, The Black Keys, is no different. Together with bandmate Dan Auerbach, Patrick Carney began recording in basements and touring in a 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager. Ultimately, the band chose a similar minivan for the cover of their double-platinum album, El Camino, which rose to No. 2 on the Billboard album chart in 2011. It was a humorous nod to their humble beginnings and "band van" days.rnrnWhile the hustle and grind can seem like a rite of passage for rock bands, it doesn't necessarily need to be that way. John Panza at the Panza Foundation believes that even small amounts of assistance can have a profound effect on the artistic output and morale of independent artists. Established in 2014, the Panza Foundation aims to support local, independent musicians and bands--allowing those artists the freedom to pursue their craft with the best tools and opportunities possible.
The Hill Country Blues is, in effect for many of us, a form of early american music that is hiding in plain site. Take one part, fife and folk from the british isles, another part west african polyrhythms. Mix european balladeering with caribbean hypnotic rhythms. What begins as drum and fife music deep in the hills of northern Mississippi and Alabama blended with other blues from the region then heavily influenced the likes of Rock legends like Bo Diddley. We're re-discovering what Hill Country blues is all about. I'm joined by 2025 Massachusetts beat poet laureate Joshua Michael Stewart. His latest book is Welcome Home, Russell Edson—a graphic novel & prose poem hybrid created in collaboration with illustrators Bret M. Herholz and Aaron J. Krolikowski.https://joshuamichaelstewartauthor.com What they say about JMS: There's a fearlessness in Joshua Michael Stewart's poetry—tough, tightly written narratives and monologues about living poor with broken people (some of whom are your closest relatives) in hard times. This heartfelt gritty work reminds me of the hardscrabble accounts of humanity in some of our best poets—the work of Ai, Bruce Weigel, and Linda McCarriston's landmark book, Eva-Marie. Stewart exercises the courage of truth telling and takes the revenge of real poetic craft. As Bruce Weigel says "Say it clearly and you make it beautiful, no matter what." Or as Stewart says, "Poets are the battered spouses of hope." You can't help but respect the maker of these streamlined vehicles, for his guts and his unsentimental, vivid poems. -Tony Hoagland

What happens when the feature isn't just a guest, but the gravitational force that reshapes a song's destiny? This week, we go back to Season 3, and Matt and Sam dive into 12 tracks where the featured artist is bigger than the headliner and map the creative ripple effects—from credibility boosts and audience crossovers to subtle vocal weaves that change how a story is told. It's a tour through hip-hop, rock, alt-pop, Latin hits, Afrobeats, and EDM, spotlighting the different ways a feature can blend, dominate, or transform. We start with Blackstreet's No Diggity and Dr. Dre's stamp of authority, then jump to Gorillaz and Bad Bunny's Tormenta where the guest becomes the lead energy. Bruce Springsteen's appearance on Bleachers' Chinatown shows how a legend can enhance without overshadowing. The Black Keys and ZZ Top's Billy F. Gibbons fuse blues weight with modern grit, while Big Sean's No Favors taps Eminem's verbal whirlwind to re-center the track. The Pretty Reckless bring Tom Morello for a late-song solo that explodes the arrangement, and The National's The Alcott with Taylor Swift is a masterclass in narrative duet balance. We revisit two global juggernauts—Despacito's crossover with Justin Bieber and the time-capsule case of Old Town Road featuring Billy Ray Cyrus—to show how co-signs can bridge genres and break charts. Dominic Fike's collaboration with Weezer reframes alt DNA, Burna Boy's Monsters You Made with Chris Martin pairs stadium warmth with sharp political commentary, and Flume's Tiny Cities with Beck turns bright production into bittersweet reflection. Along the way, we explore questions of authorship, credit, and why certain features open doors to entire scenes.1. No Diggity (feat. Dr Dre & Queen Pen) by Blackstreet2. Tormenta (feat. Send us a textOn this week's episode of Grease the Wheels, Uncle Jimmy takes to task a newsfeed article that stumbled across his unnamed homepage (it was probably AOL) regarding the common warning lights in cars and what they mean — according to someone who has never worked on a car. These ones are always fun, from the teapot of doom and the drunk robot, to more obscure and abstract examples — people really have no idea how their cars work and when the car tries to tell them something this is compounded. The real takeaway that is missed by the vast majority of the points in this article is that when your car is telling you something, you are more than likely to need professional help when it comes to making that light turn off. Some lights are more dire than others, and some can just make it more likely that either your car or yourself might die! What are your favorite customer names for idiot lights, let us know over at the Facebook page. NEW ORLEANS STYLE SHRIMP AND GRITS WITH CAVIAR Shrimp Ingredients 1 pound large or jumbo shrimp 16/20 size- peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning (can be homemade or store brand like Zatarains Blackened Seasoning) 3 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil ½ pound spicy pork smoked sausage - diced or sliced thin ½ red bell pepper - fine dice ½ green bell pepper - fine dice 1 small yellow onion - fine dice 3 cloves garlic - crushed or grated 1 cups low-sodium chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Salt and black pepper Cheesy Grits Ingredients 2 ½ cups filtered water 2 cups half and half 1 ½ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne 1 cup old fashioned corn grits 8 ounces freshly grated sharp cheddar 3 ounces freshly grated smoked gouda (optional) 6 tablespoons cultured butter 2 tablespoons creme fraiche Salt and black pepper to taste Garnish Ingredients 1 oz tin caviar Chopped parsley Finely sliced spring onion Add water, half and half, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Very slowly pour in the grits to the boiling liquid, stirring quickly as you pour. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover the pot and cook the grits for 25-30 minutes, stirring at least every 5 minutes for an even cook with no lumps. While grits are cooking, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of blackened seasoning in a small mixing bowl and set them aside. Heat the oil and butter in a 10 or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the smoked sausage and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until browned. Add the peppers and onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables soften. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds to a minute. Season the mixture with 1 tablespoon of blackened seasoning and add the chicken stock, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, lower the heat a little and cook the sauce for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are opaque and the sauce has reduced a bit. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and cracked pepper to taste and remove the pan from the heat. Once the grits are thick and creamy, remove them from the heat and stir in cheese, creme fraiche and butter. Season the grits with more salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Serve shrimp and grits immediately by spooning grits, shrimp and sprinkling with parsley and a little spring onion then a generous amount of caviar on top.
