Ik mocht altijd als gelijke praten en ging dus voor dingen staan.F: In het begin van Snijboon organiseerden we creatieve sessies obv frisse energie en brainstormtrucjes. We merkten alleen dat er vervolgens niks met die ideeën gebeurde.Later zijn we wat serieuzer en ervarener geworden, zijn we Design thinking gaan inzetten, en incorporeerden we ook empathy en prototyping fases in de opdrachten.F: We groeiden organisch en traag. Enthousiaste deelnemers uit sessies koppelden ons steeds weer aan nieuwe klanten.F: Ik heb een keer - uit verbazing dat ik aangifte doen na een economische studie en na het 4 jaar te doen nog steeds ingewikkeld vond - een verongelijkt bericht naar de secretaris generaal van de belastingdienst gestuurd. En we werden uitgenodigd er dan iets aan te komen doen.F: Een baan voelde helemaal niet veiliger, maar juist als een eng idee om onder iemand te gaan werken die mij dan zou vertellen wat ik moest doen, zonder dat ik er zelf over na kon denken of ik dat wel of geen goed idee vond.F: Voordat Ruud partner werd was hij eerst een aantal maanden in dienst - met intentie om partner te worden. Zo konden elkaar eerst in het echt leren kennen.R: Ik heb vanaf het begin gevoeld dat Snijboon ook mijn bedrijf was. Dat is eigenlijk wel bijzonder.F: Design Thinking brengen we naar klanten, maar dat kan niet zonder er zelf ook in te geloven. Open zijn, objectief kunnen luisteren doen we in het werk, maar ook in het leven ernaast. Dus ook intern naar elkaar.R: We bespreken elke maandag wat we nodig hebben om goed te kunnen werken. Als dat in het bos lopen is, ga dat dan vooral doen.F&R: Zijprojecten komen steeds meer binnen Snijboon te liggen, maar m'n intentie is wel om altijd ruimte ernaast te hebben om te spelen en geïnspireerd te raken.F: We creëren onze context zo dat we echt vrij kunnen hebben. We proberen echt realistisch te plannen, verwachten niet direct antwoord op email en Slack staat uit buiten werktijd.F: Die rust kan. Ook wanneer we genoegen nemen met voldoende en niet telkens meer meer meer hoeven.R: We zouden ook meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd kunnen doen, maar we kiezen ervoor om er 1 al onze aandacht te kunnen geven.R: Ik kan (in ons team) mezelf zijn als chaoot. Dat raad ik iedereen aan.F&R: Hoe doe je online trainingen: Fysiek actief zijn door bijv op te staan en iets te pakken, veel korte pauzes, voorbereidde Miro-borden en break-out rooms.F: In een sales-gesprek luister ik altijd heel lang, stel vragen om diegene écht te begrijpen. Aan het eind kan ik dan soms heel hard los gaan met waar diegene mee zit en wat diegene zou helpen. Dat is soms wel even schrikken maar het is raak en veelal resoneert het.F: Ik wilde gewoon een paar weken/maanden even niks met Snijboon doen. Opeens bedacht ik me dat dat ook gewoon kon.F: Ook toen ik vrij was maakte ik lijstjes met wat ik die dag ging doen.
