Que sait-on vraiment des orientations géopolitiques de Kamala Harris et Donald Trump ? Pour l'instant, on ne sait pas grand-chose du programme de politique étrangère des deux candidats à la présidentielle. Traditionnellement, la géopolitique est peu évoquée lors de la campagne. La guerre à Gaza et en Ukraine ont changé cette donne, en poussant les deux prétendants à la Maison Blanche de prendre position. Nous en parlons avec Laurence Nardon, spécialiste des États-Unis et chercheuse à l'Institut français des Relations internationales (Ifri). Elle vient de publier « Géopolitique de la puissance américaine ».Quelle stratégie pour gagner la Pennsylvanie ?Dans l'actualité des États-Unis se trouve aussi la Pennsylvanie, l'État qu'il faut gagner pour remporter l'élection américaine. C'est LE swing state parmi les sept swing states, ces États très indécis où se jouera la présidentielle du 5 novembre. Comment les deux prétendants tentent de séduire l'électoral dans cet État-clé, c'est à la Une de USA Today. Cet État du Midwest est plus convoité que jamais. Donald Trump s'y est imposé en 2016 face à Hillary Clinton, mais a perdu en 2020 contre Joe Biden. Cette année, écrit USA Today, le candidat républicain fait tout pour percer à nouveau parmi la population rurale alors que Kamala Harris tente de séduire l'électorat urbain de Philadelphie, Pittsburgh et de Harrisburg. D'après le quotidien américain, ce sont les électeurs indépendants dans le nord-est de l'État qui pourraient se révéler décisifs, des électeurs dont beaucoup appartiennent à la communauté latino. Kamala Harris a déployé des moyens importants pour la convaincre de voter pour elle. Mais Donald Trump fait également des yeux doux à ce million de latinos, notamment ceux qui partagent des valeurs conservatrices et qui s'inquiètent de la situation économique.Des incendies ravagent les forêts au Brésil Le pays est frappé par une vague d'incendies, notamment en Amazonie. Le président brésilien Lula a dû admettre que son pays n'était « pas préparé à 100% » pour faire face à la vague de feux de forêts qui s'étendent un peu partout dans le pays. Un reportage de Folha de Sao Paulo montre des paysages apocalyptiques, des terres brûlées, des rivières sans eau et des habitants désemparés, certains coupés du reste du monde par un mur de feu. Aux incendies, s'ajoute la sècheresse en Amazonie. Les fleuves qui sont souvent le seul moyen de se déplacer dans la région, deviennent innavigable. Les habitants n'en peuvent plus, ils respirent de la fumée depuis plusieurs semaines, écrit le site d'information Amazonia Real. Certains se sont mobilisés, ont demandé de l'aide auprès des autorités locales et fédérales, notamment des livraisons d'eau potable, mais pour l'instant ils n'ont reçu aucune réponse.L'ex-chef des renseignements vénézuéliens dénonce une « machine de terreur » dirigée par Nicolas MaduroAprès la publication d'un rapport d'experts de l'ONU, pointant du doigt des violations systémiques par le gouvernement vénézuélien, l'ancien directeur du Sebin, le service de renseignement, s'exprime dans presse argentine. Manuel Christopher Figuera a dirigé ce service sous la présidence de Nicolas Maduro jusqu'en 2019 lorsqu'il a décidé de démissionner et de fuir le pays. Cet ancien « homme-clé de l'appareil répressif de l'État » comme le décrit le journal argentin La Nacion dénonce  une « machine de terreur, de persécution et de mort actuellement déployée sous les ordres de Nicolas Maduro ». Selon Manuel Christopher Figuera, c'est le président lui-même qui est directement responsable de la répression contre la population, une répression qui s'est beaucoup renforcée depuis 10 ans, depuis l'arrivée au pouvoir du président. Aujourd'hui, estime l'ex-chef du Sebin, Nicolas Maduro utilise l'armée, la police et les services de renseignement comme une « force d'occupation contre son propre peuple ».    Faut-il ou non reconnaître Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia comme président élu légitime ? C'est un sujet qui divise le Parlement européen qui doit demain jeudi (19 septembre 2024) se prononcer une résolution proposée par les conservateurs du Parti Populaire européen, le PPE, pour reconnaître le Vénézuélien Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia comme légitime vainqueur de l'élection présidentielle qui s'est tenue le 28 juillet 2024. Une victoire que revendique le président sortant Nicolas Maduro, même s'il n'a pas été en mesure de le prouver. Le groupe des Socialistes et Démocrates, mais aussi les centristes de Renew, les Verts et The Left, ne voteront pas en faveur de la résolution proposée par les conservateurs du PPE qui vont s'allier finalement avec l'extrême droite. Javi Lopez, député européen espagnol et membre du groupe des Socialistes et démocrates nous explique pourquoi son groupe ne comptait pas s'associer à cette initiative. Ну вот, наконец-то я выложу свою тяжелую артиллерию! То, что давно хотелось сделать, но не было времени, а точнее просто было не время! В ролях такие гранды «intelligent deep house»* сцены как: Vas Floyd, Paul Bardsley, Thomas Sari, Jimmy, Fer Ferrari, Javi Lopez и в главных ролях волшебники современного «deep sound» Krummstoff & Fabien Kamb. Микс посвящен их творчеству! Я очень люблю и ценю творчество ребят с Армении: Ашота Бабаяна и Гарри Мкртчяна, я уже не раз даже об этом писал. Но, не всем проектам находилось место, а проектов у ребят много, кроме проектов Mad and Spectral и Salt Sweet, есть еще два изумительных проекта, как Krummstoff (Ашот Бабаян) и Fabien Kamb (Гарри Мкртчян). Просто как то не получалось задействовать эти проекты в миксах, но зато, именно музыку этих проектов я больше всего играю в живую. В миксе вы услышите работы 2010 года, и даже эксклюзив который выйдет только через пару недель. Не могу не отметить новый альбом «Robert Babicz - Immortal Changes» с замечательным треком из этого альбома – Tbilisi, безумно красивый трек! * intelligent deep house - собственное понятие, определенного подстиля в deep-house музыке.
