If there's one guarantee from my experiences being a hockey player, there's going to be a few times during your career where you had an injury or got dinged up. After a while, and going through the normal therapy & healing protocols, things don't improve as planned, resulting in you not being able to get back on the ice. What do you do then? I'll tell you, you search everywhere for a possible solution, sometimes months will go by without finding a resolution. That's where someone like Dr. Johnson comes to the rescue. Solving the unsolvable is the best way I can describe what I witnessed with my wife and kids seeing Doc Johnson. I can't remember how we found him, but I know it wasn't me. We're going to get a bunch of questions answered and then some. Thanks for stopping by, have a productive day and enjoy this amazing episode, co-hosted with my son Rem Pitlick :) To Learn More about Dr. Kerry Johnson - https://johnsonspinalcare.com/team/dr-kerry-johnson/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NUCCA To Learn more about Coach Lance - Online Hockey Training Largest Online Data-Base Off-Ice Stickhandling, Passing and Shooting Drills https://www.onlinehockeytraining.com/ In-person lessons with Coach Lance https://www.sweethockeycoach.com/ If interested in purchasing the Stickhandling Training Aidhttps://headsuphockey.ai/Use the Code coachlance for 10% off the investment into yourself :)

Kerry Johnson has worn many hats in her time as a nurse: bedside nurse, FNP, and Functional Medicine NP. What better person than her to teach the new nurses coming into the profession. Listen today to hear how Kerry got into education and how her passion for health turned her to functional medicine.ABOUT KERRYKerry Johnson had been working as a nurse for several years when she decided to get her family nurse practitioner certification. Once she received that degree and was seeing patient's in the clinic, she noticed how she wasn't preventing disease, but just treating it. Patients were getting sicker and the healthcare system in which she was working just didn't seem right to her. So she decided it was time to help patients in a different way and became certified in functional medicine. With that new knowledge and passion, she also decided it was time to teach others how to prevent disease, for their health and the health of their patients.Kerry is now seeing patients her way by getting to the root of the problem and finding a way to help them get better, without just band-aiding the issues. I know firsthand how Kerry can help with many ailments and can't speak highly enough of her compassion and knowledge for helping others. She is a great educator, for her patients and her students.LINKSKerry's website www.drkimwellness.orgFollow Kerry's journey on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Dan Boyer of Virginia, Minn., who's part of the music scene on the Iron Range, can't say enough good things about the community of singers and songwriters in the north. In particular, he's a big fan of the Virginia-based band Horse Fzce, whose lyrics are twists on familiar circumstances, set to music that's “folk-oriented” with a “pop-y drive to it.” Two members of the band will be among the lineup of talented local singer/songwriters Thursday at the Ore House in Gilbert. The music starts at 6 p.m. Apple Valley, Minn.-based musician Kerry Johnson recommends seeing the play “The Big Blue River” at the North Garden Theater in St. Paul. It's a double-debut — marking the launch of both the Mariah Theatre Company and of the play, written and directed by Mariah Theatre founder Patrick Coyle of St. Paul. The show follows Laura Grace, a therapist who combats burnout by writing a fictional story based on one of her clients. The lines between reality and imagination quickly become blurred, and Johnson said by intermission he had no idea which way the play would go, which he enjoyed. Adding to the layers of storytelling, a short black-and-white film noir-style movie is included in the middle of the play. The show is at 7 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays through March 27, with a Q&A after both Thursday shows. Sage Kiefer, a junior at Gustavus Adolphus College, says the current campus show by Minneapolis-based artist Max McInnis has been one of her favorites in her college career. Photo by Jesse Yeakle A sculpture from Max McInnis's exhibit “Dress Shopping at the Salvation Army Family Store and Donation Center," at the Schaefer Art Gallery. McInnis's exhibit at the Schaefer Art Gallery is “Dress Shopping at the Salvation Army Family Store and Donation Center.” McInnis explores the connections between design and fine art, turning furniture from thrift stores and other objects into surreal yet functional pieces — picture chairs with eyes, gemstones or chains. McInnis upholstered logs as furniture and hung a bright rug on the wall. As an art student and avid thrifter, Kiefer says she was inspired. The show runs through April 6.

Where did behavior economics come from first, so about 10 years ago economist put up this great model out there and said that the stock market is going to go up because we are having wonderful earnings and the market is going to go down because we have an event like COVID-19 nothing is working because people are not going to work. That explains a lot of the market but that does not explain where things are going based on behavior and for an example the money that I have and make a pay check I treat it differently than the money I make from the stock market, bank accounts or etcetera.
