Greg and Mark debate the bizarre story about James Comey and some seashells, and how it might tie into talk of an indictment. Greg thinks Comey has a habit of acting like there's trouble around Trump when there really isn't. He also suggests that rumors about Comey's indictment could be linked to his book sales. Greg points out that the First Amendment doesn't protect threats against the President, which could make things interesting for Comey in court.
Liz is closely tracking the war in Iran. Investors are optimistic that the conflict may soon be resolved. President Trump's blockade strategy is being praised as effective. Critics contend that former President Obama's deal with Iran enabled Iran's nuclear ambitions rather than preventing them. The USA may have avoided direct military confrontation with Iran for nearly fifty years. Senator Elizabeth Warren is expected to press Kevin Warsh on inflation, interest rates, and other economic concerns during his hearing today. There are also lingering questions about the $2 billion the Fed claims was spent on a government project.

The Unconventional Path: Entrepreneurship and Innovation Stories and Ideas With Bela and Mike
Welcome to another episode of The Unconventional Path, where we explore extraordinary stories of entrepreneurship and innovation. In this episode, hosts Bela Musits and Mike Wasserman sit down with Mark Fox, a serial entrepreneur whose career journey is as fascinating as it is diverse.Mark Fox isn't your average business owner; he is a former NASA rocket scientist and aerospace engineer who left a secure career to venture into the world of startups. From managing a women's clothing company to his current role as an innovator in the health and wellness space, Mark's story is a prime example of how one can successfully "remake" themselves multiple times. In this interview, Mark shares the "wild" story of how he transitioned into the world of Energy Therapy devices. Surprisingly, his journey didn't start in a lab, but with his dog. After a veterinarian told him there was nothing to be done for his dog's severe arthritis, Mark was introduced to a "magic machine" that claimed to reverse the condition. Despite his initial skepticism as a scientist—viewing it as "voodoo stuff"—the results were undeniable.Mark breaks down the science behind Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy in simple terms. He describes it as the "Earth's heartbeat," a natural energy frequency that originates from lightning bolts echoing off the ionosphere.Key takeaways from the discussion on PEMF include:Energy Exchange: Mark explains that everything in the world is an energy exchange, and PEMF is simply a convenient way to transfer that energy to the body.Recharging Your Cells: Much like a car battery, your cells hold an electrical charge. When this charge is low, nutrients can't enter the cell and waste can't leave. PEMF therapy is proven to recharge these "cell batteries".Boosting ATP: This technology can increase ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate)—the primary fuel for your cells—by up to 500%, allowing the body to heal itself more effectively. One of the greatest challenges Mark faces is educating a public that is largely unaware of this technology. While PEMF is widely recognized and used in the equestrian world for horse therapy, only about one in twenty people are familiar with its benefits for humans.Mark's philosophy of "Relief before Reason" prioritizes results over complex technical explanations. As a rocket scientist, he notes that while we have theories for how things like aspirin work, we often value the relief they provide more than the proven mechanism.Tune in to hear Mark Fox discuss the challenges of building a business around a product that requires customer education and why he chose to focus on portable PEMF devices that allow for "therapy on the go".Subscribe to The Unconventional Path for more stories of innovation and entrepreneurial grit! Liz makes the case for why the Fed should seriously consider lowering interest rates, noting that current inflation numbers may not support maintaining the current rates. She also points out that very few voices on the right are pushing back on the SAVE Act, and argues that the best political strategy for Republicans is to advance legislation that roughly 80 percent of the country already supports, putting Democrats on the defensive.

This notorious VHS tape has taken on a second life on the Internet as a treasured relic of found footage. Recorded live at First Baptist Church in Perrine, Florida (year unknown), LIL MARKIE LIVE IN MIAMI is a rare chance to see Christian entertainer Mark Fox fully embody his iconic Lil Markie character in the flesh. Lil Markie is basically Mr. Fox doing a cartoonish child's voice, which in practice sounds like a combination of TV characters Elmo from Sesame Street and Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. As Lil Markie, Mark Fox recorded multiple albums. He is perhaps most known for "Diary of an Unborn Child," a spoken word monologue recorded over jazz piano in which Fox uses the Lil Markie voice to narrate what an unborn child might say to his mommy in the womb before his untimely abortion. But Fox mostly inhabits Lil Markie as an unelected spokesperson for real, living children. In his live special, he takes aim at selfish adult actions that make children sad, mainly divorce, moms going to work, and dads watching too much TV. He advocates for daddies to "date" their daughters and for divorce to be outlawed. He also finds time to monologue extensively about his favorite show Alvin and the Chipmunks, and to sing a song about loving the world in which each verse is a crude racist stereotype of a different race. Ultimately LIL MARKIE LIVE IN MIAMI feels too dark for kids and too uncanny for adults, a perfectly useless piece of family entertainment that alienates Christians of all ages.
