Para compensar a medida, que, segundo Haddad, não trará impacto fiscal, quem tem renda superior a R$ 50 mil mensais “pagará um pouco mais”, sem dar maiores detalhes. As duas iniciativas dependem da aprovação do Congresso Nacional. O ministro também confirmou que o governo irá propor a criação de uma idade mínima para a aposentaria de militares, além da limitação de transferência de pensões, “além de outros ajustes”. Haddad afirmou que o governo irá propor novas regras para a correção do salário mínimo. Sem dar detalhes, o ministro disse que o salário mínimo continuará subindo acima da inflação, de “forma sustentável e dentro da nova regra fiscal”. Haddad disse que o pacote de ajuste fiscal do governo limita o ritmo de crescimento das emendas parlamentares à regra geral do arcabouço.
