Cole took his own life last Friday, according to his brother. Cole's accusations led to the resignations of WWF ring announcer Mel Phillips...and company executives Terry Garvin and Pat Patterson. Patterson was rehired a short time later. Tom Cole was 50 years old. He leaves behind a wife, three daughters...and other loved ones - including his brother who has been very vocal in his criticism of WWE. ... WWE quietly shared an update Thursday on ticket sales for WrestleMania. Don't get your wallets out just yet. WWE said it will announce ticket availability and safety protocols for the big show at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium in the coming weeks. WWE said it's coordinating with local partners and government officials regarding COVID-19 precautions. WWE also promising information on WrestleMania week events “is forthcoming”. Tonight's SmackDown is the final stop before Sunday's Elimination Chamber show. Kevin Owens, Daniel Bryan and Cesaro will face Jey Uso, King Corbin and Sami Zayn. Those same six men will be in the SmackDown Chamber match on Sunday - with the winner getting a title shot against Universal Champ Roman Reigns later that same night. NXT UK results from Thursday: Joe Coffey defeated by Rampage Brown, who remains undefeated on NXT UK. The two shared a handshake of mutual respect after the match.
