Tonight on The IndySiders, we're taking a closer look at WWE Wrestlepalooza — the Premium Live Event that aired last Saturday on ESPN — and then shifting gears for our indie spotlight on Beyond Wrestling's Americanrana.Wrestlepalooza marked WWE's first major show on the ESPN platform, held at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar opened the card, with Lesnar dominating in a ruthless return. In tag action, Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed — The Vision — took down the reunited Usos, with guest ref LA Knight playing a role in the outcome. Stephanie Vaquer edged out Iyo SKY to capture the Women's World Title, while AJ Lee made her long-awaited return, teaming with CM Punk to defeat Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch in a mixed tag. The night closed with Cody Rhodes retaining the Undisputed WWE Championship over Drew McIntyre, though the match drew criticism for being short and feeling more like a TV main event than a PLE closer.Critical reception was mixed. Some fans praised the historic ESPN debut and Vaquer's title win, while others saw the card as underwhelming, with only a few standout moments. So, was Wrestlepalooza the triumphant ESPN debut WWE hoped for — or a misstep in execution? We'll unpack that in tonight's review. Then we'll contrast it with Americanrana, where indie wrestling thrives on long-term storytelling, rising stars, and match-driven narratives.Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsohttps://www.teepublic.com/user/radulich-in-broadcasting-networkFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76RIBN Album Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/91d704c9-d1ea-45a0-9ffe-5069497bad59

There are few names that stir up as much debate in wrestling right now as Logan Paul. This week, Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver dig deep into the rise of the social media star turned WWE United States Champion, and what it really means for the business when someone from the outside not only steps in, but thrives. Kevin isn't shy about calling out what works, what doesn't, and why the energy drink logo on Logan's gear may be just as important as the moves he hits in the ring. From the spectacle of PRIME-sponsored entrances to the reality of locker room politics, Kevin breaks down what Logan's presence does to the culture behind the curtain. Sean presses on whether Logan has earned his place or if the company is simply cashing in on the spectacle. The conversation pulls no punches, balancing respect for athleticism with the veteran's instinct to protect what wrestling is supposed to stand for. But the show doesn't stay locked on Logan. Kevin shares wild road stories about working alongside celebrities of the past, the way crossover stars were handled in the 90s, and why some were embraced while others never made it past novelty status. The guys use those memories to draw sharper lines around what's happening today, and why Logan's case might be different from all the rest. From there, the conversation stretches wider. Sean brings up recent headlines in WWE, from Becky Lynch's latest promo firestorm to shifts in how the company markets its biggest stars. Kevin offers blunt, unfiltered takes that connect the dots between hype, respect, and the thin line between building heat and losing credibility. As always, the discussion doesn't stay predictable. Faith, family, and the lessons Kevin keeps pulling from his years in and out of the spotlight come into play. The show ends up moving from PRIME bottles to prime years of the NBA, from the chaos of influencer culture to the quiet reflection that comes with perspective. It's another Monday morning with Big Sexy, and once again, his honesty cuts through all the noise. Get Blitzed-Save 15% at Get-Blitzed.com by entering the code KLIQ at checkout. Welcome back to Wrestling Tonight, your weekly look at everything happening across WWE, AEW, ROH, and beyond. Episode 140 dives into one of the busiest weeks of the year as WWE made its debut in Paris, AEW confirmed a major injury update, and ROH delivered a newsworthy Death Before Dishonor. We begin with a full recap of WWE Clash in Paris. Roman Reigns defeated Bronson Reed, but the aftermath stole the spotlight as Reigns attacked Paul Heyman before being dismantled by Reed and Bron Breakker. Reigns was left strapped to a stretcher, starting the night with one of the most striking visuals WWE has produced all year. The card also saw Rusev forcing Sheamus to submit in a violent Donnybrook, John Cena outlasting Logan Paul in one of his final major singles matches and Seth Rollins retaining the World Heavyweight Championship in a four-way after Becky Lynch interfered against CM Punk. Rollins and Lynch stood tall together to close the show as a heel power couple, setting the stage for a new direction in WWE's main event scene. From there, we look at AEW. Swerve Strickland underwent knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus, leaving his status uncertain for the rest of 2025. The news arrives as reports suggest AEW pay-per-views may soon be available on HBO Max, a potential move that would reshape the company's distribution model and give fans broader access to its biggest shows. In Lyon, Sami Zayn gave the French crowd a memorable moment by defeating Solo Sikoa to win the United States Championship for the first time. With Jacob Fatu's return evening the odds, Zayn finally captured singles gold again and celebrated one of the defining victories of his career in front of an electric audience. We close with ROH Death Before Dishonor. Despite streaming issues that led to the event being made free on YouTube, the show delivered significant results. Shane Taylor Promotions captured the Six-Man Tag Titles after Sammy Guevara turned on The Von Erichs to join LFI. Bandido retained the World Championship in his return, Athena and Lee Moriarty each extended their reigns, and Paul Walter Hauser made an in-ring appearance that paid tribute to his wrestling influences. Episode 140 captures a week where every major promotion made headlines: WWE left Paris with shifting alliances and new storylines, AEW balanced injury news with potential streaming expansion, Sami Zayn delivered a career milestone in Lyon, and ROH overcame technical challenges to put forward meaningful outcomes.
WWE Clash in Paris delivered a shocking finish and mix of matches that overdelivered and underdelivered with WWE Wrestlepalooza looming. Host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini grabbed their mics after the show for a break down of WWE Clash in Paris results with grades in Getting Over's signature instant analysis review. "The Silver King" and "Vintage" tackle Seth Rollins going at it alone against CM Punk, LA Knight and Jey Uso; John Cena vs. Logan Paul exceeding every expectation; Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed opening with a banger; Becky Lynch battling with Nikki Bella; Sheamus and Rusev slapping meat; and the Wyatt Sicks doing their best to split up the Street Profits. With Brock Lesnar looming and sudden questions about AJ Lee, the guys have plenty to discuss immediately after WWE Clash in Paris. Follow Getting Over on Twitter, Bluesky & YouTube @GettingOverCast.
