After Liv Morgan won the 2026 Royal Rumble and chose to challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the WWE Women's World Championship, the women's chamber match saw Rhea Ripley, Tiffany Stratton, Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Kiana James & Alexa Bliss all compete to see who would challenge the WWE Women's Champion, Jade Cardgill. On the men's side, Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Logan Paul, Trick Williams, LA Knight and Ja'Von Evans battled for a shot at the WWE Championship & Drew McIntyre.
