The biggest prize of the night, however, is the "Aiguille d'Or Grand Prix," which rewards the best overall timepiece among all categories. While most of the categories are self-explanatory, it's worth pointing out that the "Challenge Prize" is awarded to exceptional watches with a retail price equal to or under CHF 3,000 whereas the “Petite Aiguille” award goes to watches with a retail price between CHF 3,000 and CHF 10,000.
