During this self-care practice, Sara gently guides us through a series of at-home rituals and sends us healing reiki to help create a clear and clean energetic line. I encourage you to revisit this whenever life gets overwhelming and you desire peace, calm, and focus. Please add your comments and thank Sara for sharing these beautiful tools with us ❤️ Sara Lopez is an intuitive coach, empath expert, and reiki healer in Vermont, U.S. She is the founder of Empath Magic, a digital community for empaths creating focused transformation. Sara's experience with chronic pelvic pain and severe anxiety in her 20's finally led her on a journey to overcome overwhelm from high sensitivity. When she learned about highly sensitive people and empaths, she finally understood herself better and learned to navigate the world in a new way. Her journey led her to teaching in the public schools for 14 years and then to doing an intensive apprenticeship with women's health experts based in New York City. From there, she coached countless women struggling with pelvic pain. She found something was missing from the women's health coaching world: the emotional piece. When she began supporting women to focus on emotional healing, she was amazed to watch them find physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental balance and transformation. Now, she guides empaths to create focused transformation from a place of confidence and calm. She believes empaths are healers of the world's wounds who deserve to be better understood. This week’s episode is all about Adenomyosis (Adeno), often called the sister to Endometriosis. I had a great interview with Sara Lopez, who has Adeno, and who is also an Adenomyosis Coach. According to one study, that Sara mentions in the interview, 91% of women with Endometriosis have Adenomyosis, they just may never know. In this episode we talk about the symptoms, differences from Endo, how to get it diagnosed, how you can manage it with a holistic approach, how it might fertility and more. Sara Lopez, M. Ed. is a Certified Hormone Specialist and Adenomyosis Coach. She works with women who struggle with adenomyosis or heavy periods to find healing and relief holistically. Sara has always cared about women’s health, and when she was a teen her mother suddenly had a hysterectomy - her recovery was long and painful to watch. She decided she wanted to help others find alternative ways to heal besides hysterectomy. She wanted to be that woman that says “of course you can find relief holistically”, so she became a women’s health coach. Now that I’ve seen so many women have huge health shifts with a holistic approach, I can say that it IS possible if you are ready! The things we discussed were: Sara’s journey with Adenomyosis What Adenomyosis is and the comparison to Endometriosis Symptoms of Adenomyosis Methods of diagnosis How to address low iron resulting from heavy periods How Adeno affects fertility Sara’s holistic approach to reducing her and her client’s symptoms including lymphatic drainage, castor oil packs, acupuncture, abdominal massage, nutrition, gut healing. Ever wonder who you are created to be? We all have our own calling, but what about who we as women were actually created to be?Our podcast guests, Cori Sullivan spoke at this month’s Gather Her on identity about a subject I’ve been studying myself over the past 3-4 years. There are some BIG revelations in this podcast as she shares about the original intent of who God created woman to be. The answer might surprise you but I hope it’s one that you go back and study for yourself too just like I am.Cori is a pastor at Mosaic Church Austin. She firmly believes in justice and was one of the foundational leaders of T.G.A, a racial restoration ministry that has become a vital part of the church. She leads a prayer team which has formed into a prayer ministry cultivating a strong prayer culture. She is creating structure and a framework around a growing women’s ministry while also advocating for more women voices to be around the table.I am thrilled for you to hear my conversation with Cori Sullivan.Gather Her: https://www.facebook.com/events/628563907579133/Gather Her sponsor, Agent Melissa Rodriguez: https://www.facebook.com/agentmelissarodriguez/.Noonday, Sara Lopez: https://www.instagram.com/mrs.sara_lopez/.Turquoise collective: https://www.turquoisecollective.com
