When we sit down to meditate, we are trying to get to a place of stillness, calm, and silence to easier place ourselves in the present moment. In the present moment, we gain clarity and balance and one way into that place of calm is silence. This meditation hopes to assist the meditator to get to that place. Listen to the silence. One breath at a time.
It's impossible to be still and worried at the same time. It's impossible to listen while talking. It's impossible to be calm while everything inside of you is buzzing with worry, doubt, fear, anger, rage, so on and so forth. This meditation aims to help recenter the meditator into the moment by encouraging stillness while listening to the silence. To listen to the silence you need to be still, inside and out. One breath at a time.

Center yourself in the sacred silence, drawing inspiration from Leviticus 10:3. In this meditative practice, immerse yourself in repeated periods of quiet reflection, echoing the stillness of the divine presence. With each period of stillness, invite the Divine presence to permeate your being. Release the chatter of the mind and surrender to the profound depth of the silence. Let it cleanse and purify, igniting a spark of holiness within. As you dwell in this sacred space, feel the gentle whisper of the sacred enveloping you, guiding your thoughts and intentions. With each breath, allow the quietude to deepen, inviting clarity and reverence into your being. Through these sacred pauses, connect with the essence of holiness within and embrace the transformative power of divine silence in your journey of spiritual growth.
In delving deeper into our meditation practice, it has to be understood that sitting with our own thoughts is a step towards sitting with a quiet mind. We must be able to allow thoughts to rise up and float away without engaging or attaching to them if we are going to eventually find a solid, silent meditation. I feel the benefits of guided meditation are so great but we need to start to flex the muscles of sitting in silence and observing what comes up for us. Watching how the brain reacts to silence is very informative - don't be annoyed with yourself if your monkey brain starts bouncing around in the space that is created! Simply watch it, and allow it, and keep letting go...Much loveRosanne xxWebsite - https://chakra-way.com/Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/yogawithrosanne/TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@thechakrawayFacebook - https://www.facebook.com/chakrawayyoga/YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@thechakraway9141/videos Hosted on Acast. One breath at a time.
We are all living busy lives. It is hard not to feel yanked around by the endless distractions we have fighting for our attention. This makes it very difficult to find the stillness we have inside of us. This meditation uses quiet breath to help find some of that stillness and remember that stillness is inside of us at all times, just waiting for us to return to it.
Do you ever have time alone in silence and meditation over the Word of God?

Getting back to the joy of lifeIn a letter to Vasant Swaha, a woman describes how she has lost the joy of life, even after having tried many methods of meditation and group therapies. Swaha answers that we need to find balance, and that meditation should be in favor of life, not against it. He goes on to tell us how important it is to relax on deeper levels, and that we should listen to our inner voice so we do not end up in strange places.Vasant Swaha is an enlightened Master sharing his love, joy, and wisdom in meditation retreats. These talks are from the retreat called “Path of Silence” at Dharma Mountain, Norway, August 2022. For more information visit www.vasantswaha.net

Sometimes being someone who practices discomfort means being able to step away and find comfort. Here's a brief meditation recently given live by Betsy that can help you find your way back to your natural state of inner silence. Whether you're sitting, lying down, walking somewhere or driving, tune in and get quiet...
In today's episode, Brad guides you through a mindfulness meditation to help you enjoy those silent moments. We all need to take time out from time to time. A Moment of Peace.
Hey There!Welcome to our very first Monday Meditation. Monday Meditations will be a second release weekly on Mondays and will feature different focus areas than the Wednesday Scripture meditation.Today we'll be going over silence, something available to everyone but avoided by most of us. Something I've found helpful is when I know an expectation for silence. Something else can be responsible for keeping me on track, and I don't have to check my phone. So that's my challenge for you! Put your phone away and experience 1 minute of true silence. You can support this podcast at:patreon.com/beingpodcastYou can find more information at:thebeingpodcast.comSupport the show (http://www.patreon.com/beingpodcast)
