Tiffany Ima, a body image coach, speaker, and creator, is dedicated to empowering individuals with ADHD to overcome rejection sensitivity and find harmony with their bodies through her distinctive framework, The Body Peace Plan. Having triumphed over a decade-long battle with an eating disorder, Tiffany candidly shares her transformative journey on Instagram. Her mission is to inspire women to navigate their path to healing, cultivate self-trust, and embrace joyful self-expression. Tiffany relearns how to accept herself many times throughout her story, especially as a dark-skinned Black woman. Originally a style blogger and fitness influencer, her evolution into a body image coach is marked by a unique six-year healing journey in which she explored how shame appears around healing. Confronting and overcoming exercise bulimia, Tiffany shares how she harnessed the power of exercise for mental health, alleviating her depression. Tiffany and Bridgett, both diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, draw connections between the diagnosis, perfectionism, and body image. Tiffany also shares how fashion serves as more than just style for her—it becomes a powerful avenue for self-expression to combat when she's feeling overwhelmed.
