Victor Cajiao was born in Havana, Cuba, grew up in the U.S. and became well known in the Apple world for several different podcasts. He’s an Apple tech geek as well as a musician (saxophone) and hobby photographer. Victor told me the story about how he came to the U.S. via a special initiative started by President Kennedy. The fascinating story continues as he eventually worked his way into a job with AT&T rising to the level of IT Technical Director. He also told me the story about how he fell in love with the Mac and then launched his podcast, The Typical Mac User. Victor recently retired from AT&T after 26 years and now travels the U.S. in his Airstream trailer. Recently, he’s been sighted at Macstock, doing terrific demos of Mac technologies.

Select the audio block from your post 2. In the audio block select “External” and put in the Blubbry URL you get from the Blubbry website after uploading your file there. 3. Put in the podcasting information on the Podcasting tab, for iTunes, medatadata etc THAT’s IT , it works for me and I get stats from the Blubrry website. Also, UPDATE YOUR WORDPRESS AND POWERPRESS! WordPress 4.4 update broke PowerPress - New update for PowerPress is out to fix the problem. The issue was with how WordPress dealt with feed titles. They would show as blank. On this special 30th episode, Antonio invites friend and podcasting mentor, Victor Cajiao (from the Terra Tech podcast), to fill in for Tom while he settles into his new digs. Victor and Antonio discuss what it's like using the newest of Fujifilm's “X" cameras and what this has done to their photographic vision. Photographers often succumb to "gear acquisition syndrome" (GAS), but no matter what anyone says about gear, cameras are an essential tool that helps to shape a photographer's visual style, be it landscape or street photography. Tune in and listen to how this one particular brand of camera has set both Victor and Antonio on a journey they didn't necessarily expect. Just a short little notice telling y'all that I don't have a computer! She is in the hospital with a 50/50 chance to live. I do hope to be able to get a class out by next weekend, with my sweet old computer or maybe a fancy new one, who knows! Much gratitude to all of you who are listening out there! Just to share: My friend Victor Cajiao, from the typical pc user, typical mac user and immigration tales podcast is truly and angel. He has been helping me diagnose the problem with my computer. He talked me through all the steps that I needed to take to make sure that all my info was backed up. He gave me hints as to what software to buy and also what kind of external hardrive. After giving him an update of what was going on with me he offered to record me on skype telling you all what's up (which is what you hear on this weeks update). He added the music and edited it for me! Tell me that's not the sweetest thing ever! I have thanked him so much already and I guess I just ask for some of you to check out some of his podcasts. He does some incredible work. I'm an avid listener to his Typical PC User Podcast. I've learned so much from him. I often write in to comment and to ask questions. I never feel like a 'dummy'. He always takes the time to explain things so that they do make sense to me, and to all out there that may be a bit 'typical' in our computer world. He also has a truly phenomenal podcast called Immigration Tales, which I refer to in my update. I find it so informative and truly inspirational as I get to hear stories from people migrating. It's a subject that deserves to be addressed. The way Victor has addressed the subject makes it so very human and personal. It really is worth a listen. Check out some of Victor's stuff, as a thank you to him. He really is an angel!
