I am very much a Type B person, but sometimes I find myself wishing I was more Type A and desire more, structure, determination and organization. While Type B people have their own strengths they can also struggle with things like time management, goal setting, and prioritization. In today's episode I share small shift you can make if you're a type B person that want's to adopt some Type A tendencies. It can often feel like being Type A is glorified but I want to make sure my fellow Type B people know that one type isn't better than the other; they're just different. I find it helpful to tap into that Type A energy when I need to and be Type B when it helps. Personal growth isn't about changing who you are it's about evolving into the best version of you. I don't know aboout you but when life is good, I'm feeling happy, and not stressed it's easy for me to stick to the goals and habits I set out to achieve. But it's like as soon as life throws me a curve ball, I become anxious, or overwhelmed I immediately fall back into old habits of not doing anything; eventhough I know those habits and routines make me feel my best. If that sounds like you, then today's episode is for you. I walk you through how to come up with a game plan that's aligned with your goals, determine if your emotions are a sign to rest or redirect, or if they're an excuse. It's important to not let temporary emtions make decision that could effect your long term goals. By sticking to a plan rather than letting emotions drive you, you'll begin to build determination, momentum, and self-confidence because you teach yourself that you can trust that when you say you're going to do something, you do it. I saw a statistice that said we actually only wear about 10% of our wardrobes, at first when I heard this I thought there's no way that's true, but ask yourself how many times have you stood in your closet full of clothes and thought "I have nothing to wear". So, if you're ready to clean out your closet, then this episode is for you! In today's episode I go over 4 methods you can use to pair down your wardrobe: Backwards Hangers- if you're short on time and energy this method is for you, on January 1 turn all your hangers backwards. Then throughout the year as you wear things hang them back up normally, at the end of the year all the backwards hangers have to go Bye Bye Bin- Keep a box or bin in your closet and every time you wear something that is uncomfortable in anyway throw it in the box. At the end of the year wash everything in the box and take it to a donation bin Big Purge- Try on absolutely everything in your closet to make sure it fits and even go a step further with it and figure out how you're going to style it, create an outfit and make sure that it matches the aesthetic you're going for. Also make it fun with music Let Go of Placeholders- Stop buying different versions of the same thing that just aren't quite right and hold out for that holy grail item. Once you find it go crazy and buy it in every color but until then don't waste money on things you won't wear One In One Out- This isn't a closet clean out method so much as a closet maintenence method, but it is a good rule to implement once you've done your initial declutter Every single item in your closet should fit the body you have now, be comfortable, and suit your style. Can you say that about your closet? If not, it's time to declutter until everything in your closet is an option. No more saying, I have nothing to wear. FREE Goal Setting Guide Daily Planning Notepad

Lately I have been operating out of my masculie energy and I am starting to feel stressed, tense, overwhelmed and burntout. The tips I am sharing in today's episode have helped me move out of my masculine and into the devine feminine. Disclaimer, masculine and feminine energies have absolutely nothing to do with gender, every single person uses both. They're like yin and yang and there are seasons in everyone's life where one is needed more than the other. The masculine energy isn't bad, it's what drives us forward, gives us the courage to take risks and drives us to achieve goals; however, getting stuck in your masculine energy can lead to anxiety because you try to control everything, cause stress because you're in fight or flight mode all the time, and lead to burnout due to constantly striving. If that sounds like you and you're wanting to move into the intuitive, creative, peaceful, and recieving energy of the divine feminine then this episode is for you! Lately I have been doing several sober stints and honestly I have loved it. I did the 75 soft, dry January and now I've given up alcohol for lent and in doing these periods of being sober I have decided that drinking really isn't for me. It is something that has never really served me and I also think a lot of it has just come with age so I just wanted to share my thoughts with y'all. This episode is in no way intended to tell you what to do with your life, you do what works best for you, but I personally have really started to look at the role alcohol played in my life and reevaluated whether or not I want to continue doing it. I am so done with hangxiety, harming my health or spending tons of money on bar tabs. I have no intention of being sober forever but I do want to really take step back and start to change my habits around alcohol consumption.
