A few months back Zack was involved in an incident where a well known bodybuilder called him out on social media for using a tripod in the gym to film content for himself & his business, so I was keen to talk to Zack about that incident & the backlash of it all.   Zack also suffers with Perthes Disease which is a rare conditioning that effects the hip joint.     One of the most eye opening podcasts I've ever had the pleasure of doing. Today's guest is my amazing client Jo Barkwith. In 2003 she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis & that moment led her to massively reevaluate her whole life. Jo tells us her story, some of the adventures she's had, things she's had to go through, how her view on life has changed & the impact that physical exercise has on her life. One thing we both want to get out of sharing this podcast is to raise awareness for people suffering with MS & how the lack of accessibility to gyms & people to assist them needs to be reassessed. Being able to exercise is critical for people like Jo in order to maintain the level of strength they have. Jo cannot just ‘go to the gym' unless there is wheelchair access, the right machines & also a person to assist her, which especially in the north east, is very limited.
