Today's Headlines: Hungary's newly elected Prime Minister Peter Magyar revealed that Orban's government had been financing CPAC for years — and will no longer do so. JD Vance, meanwhile, told a Turning Point USA crowd that cutting Ukraine aid was one of the administration's top achievements, called Russia's invasion "haggling over a few square kilometers," and told reporters that the Pope should stick to theology and leave policy to politicians. The Pope is currently in Cameroon fighting corruption and attending peace talks. Meanwhile, the Iran ceasefire expires April 21st — less than five days away. U.S. officials claim they're "moving closer to a framework agreement," while Treasury Secretary Bessent previewed the backup plan: a "financial equivalent of a bombing campaign" on Iran through sanctions on countries doing business with Iranian-linked entities, including the UAE and China. In other news, LiveNation and Ticketmaster were found by a jury to be an illegal monopoly that engaged in anticompetitive conduct harming consumers, artists, and venues. Stock dropped 5%. Damages to be determined. The Swalwell scandal expanded to a second DA investigation, this time in Los Angeles, following Lonna Drewes' allegations. CNN published an investigation into a website with 62 million monthly visitors — more than Gmail — hosting tens of thousands of videos of men sharing advice on drugging and assaulting partners. RFK Jr.'s private journals revealed he once stopped on the highway to cut the penis off a dead raccoon to "study later." And finally, AllBirds is pivoting from shoes to AI infrastructure under the name NewBird AI and the founder of SantaCon was arrested for wire fraud after allegedly siphoning hundreds of thousands in charity donations into a personal slush fund for luxury vacations and fine dining. Alan DiDio says mankind was given a 6,000-year lease on life that is on the verge of expiring. As the End Times become more intense and modern technology pushes us toward a global society, artificial intelligence could usher in a new era of knowledge and subsequent deception. Alan is the host of Revival Nation, formerly called Encounter Today, and the author of Summoning the Demon: AI, Aliens, and the Antichrist. He explains the dangers and advantages of AI, and how Christians can utilize it rather than be deceived by it. He encourages Christians to practice a “digital Sabbath,” and to prioritize in-person relationships, discipleship, and worship in an increasingly non-tangible society. “AI,” he warns, “is removing barriers to the Antichrist agenda.” We are definitely in the last days. TAKEAWAYS Any eschatology that makes you fearful is wrong and manipulative Don't be afraid - Scriptural prophecies are not here to scare us, but to prepare us and spur us to action If you are afraid, call on the name of Jesus Christians and the church cannot hide in the face of rapidly evolving technology; we must master it and use it to grow the kingdom

They discuss: The connection between humor and emotional survival; What made Kenan's childhood feel grounded despite early fame; Why he's choosing a different approach to discipline with his daughters; Why he chose to write his new children's book, Unfunny Bunny; And what he hopes his kids will one day say about how they were raised. Lots of us think screen time is a discipline problem.“My kid just wants more.”“They don't know when to stop.”“I need to set better limits.”But what if that's not actually what's going on?In this episode, Dr. Becky talks with science journalist Michaeleen Doucleff, author of Dopamine Kids, about the brain system driving kids' behavior around screens—and why more screen time rarely leads to feeling satisfied. You'll learn: Why dopamine isn't about pleasure—it's about wanting Why kids often feel worse (not better) after screens Why willpower and strict limits don't work on their own What actually helps kids feel more regulated, fulfilled, and “done” This conversation will shift how you see your child—and give you a more effective, less stressful way to respond. If you're ready to make changes around screen use in your home, Dr. Becky shares simple, practical scripts to help you get started—covering everything from removing devices from shared spaces to handling your child's protest, whining, or tantrums. Most women have heard of menopause. Far fewer understand perimenopause — the years leading up to it, when things can start to feel… off. Mood shifts. Brain fog. Anxiety. Sleep disruption. A sense of “I don't recognize myself.” In this episode, Dr. Becky sits down with OB-GYN and menopause expert Dr. Mary Claire Haver to unpack what's actually happening in the body during perimenopause — and why so many women have been dismissed or left in the dark. They talk about how hormonal changes impact mood, parenting, relationships, and resilience — and how understanding what's happening internally can shift the story from “something is wrong with me” to “something is changing in my body.” Dr. Haver's new book, The New Perimenopause (out April 7), is part of a growing movement to bring clarity, research, and real support to this often-overlooked stage of life. These are our confessions. Two heavily pregnant (and slightly cranky) midwives jump on the mic and… really bare all. This one is unhinged in the best possible way - a chat that's equal parts silly, honest, and deeply relatable. We lean all the way into the TMI, covering everything from pregnancy cravings to sex dreams and libido, with a casual sprinkle of vulval varicosities and anal fissures (because nothing is off limits here). It's raw, it's real, and it's a big dose of solidarity for anyone in the thick of pregnancy - and a moment of silence for our poor husbands who were really on the receiving end of pregnancy irrits. We're so grateful to be in your ears and appreciate your patience with us. Next week, we'll be back with a real-time update on our postpartum transitions after welcoming our baby boys (!!) just four days apart in early March.

If you're parenting right now, it can feel like the world your kids are growing up in is changing faster than you can understand it. AI. Social media. Phones. New technology showing up everywhere. And many parents are wondering the same thing: How am I supposed to guide my kids through something I barely understand myself? Today, we're sharing a short clip from a new Good Inside podcast called The In-Between Years, hosted by clinical psychologist Dr. Sheryl Ziegler. Each week on the show, Dr. Sheryl talks with real parents about the questions that start showing up during the tween and teen years — the moments that feel confusing, scary, or totally new. In this conversation, a mom of a 9-year-old admits something many parents feel right now: AI feels like the big bad wolf and she has no idea how to talk about it with her kids. What Dr. Sheryl says next reframes the entire problem. If you have a tween or teen — or you know those years are coming — I think you're going to love The In-Between Years. And what to do when it shows up Here's the sequence: Unmet needs lead to disappointment. Disappointment gives rise to grief. Unresolved grief turns into resentment. Holding onto resentment creates anger. Welcome to Earth. Welcome to being a human. There is a 100% likelihood that to varying degrees, we will all feel unseen, unheard, or not loved in ways that we want to be loved. When we're children, we aren't able to fully process not having our needs met. The implicit grief registers in our energy field and we haul it around until we're mature enough to process it on our own or until we can afford therapy, whichever comes first. If we don't treat our grief with compassion, it thickens into resentment over time. Resentment is one of the root causes of cynicism and doubt. Resentment often causes us to hoard resources out of fear. Resentment is a huge obstacle to abundance. Holding onto our unmet needs perpetuates not having our needs met in the present. It becomes this vicious cycle of chasing and not receiving. If you fight your anger, it will fight you right back. Your anger is looking to be seen, to be heard, to be loved. Bless it, and it will stop acting out. What we embrace transforms and makes us more loving. Listen in. Then we're doing the Centering Practice together. We'll work with the full spectrum of colour. They are common. They are serious. And they are not caused by “bad parenting.” In this episode, we cover: Early warning signs of eating disorders in kids and teens (including boys) When “healthy eating” becomes rigid or concerning The role of perfectionism and control How diet culture shows up in family language What shame sounds like inside a teen's head How to hold boundaries around health without turning food into a power struggle When it's time to seek professional help Disordered eating behaviors are not about vanity or defiance—they're often attempts to regulate overwhelming feelings. In this week's MBA Admissions podcast we began by discussing the current state of the MBA admissions season. We continue to see several top MBA programs rolling out their Round 2 interview invites. Next week London Business School and Duke / Fuqua are scheduled to release their interview invitations. We then discussed our new interview prep tool,  Clear Admit's MBA Interview simulator  This simulator is designed to provide a realistic interview experience for the majority of the top MBA programs, and provide detailed feedback. It is trained on Clear Admit's extensive catalogue of interview resources including its interview archive and interview guides. Graham highlighted webinar events that are on the horizon that Clear Admit is hosting. The first webinar series of events is for deferred MBA admissions candidates who are currently completing their first degrees. The second event in this series is scheduled for Wednesday, and includes Haas, Stanford, Columbia, Wharton and Darden. The second series is for MiM programs and is scheduled for February 24 and 25. Clear Admit is also hosting events with London Business School and Vanderbilt / Owen this month. Signups for all these events are here: https://www.clearadmit.com/events Graham then highlighted several recently published articles from Clear Admit. These include a very popular admissions tip that covers the seven hardest MBA interview questions, and a summary of upcoming in-person events hosted by MBA programs. Also covered is Emory / Goizueta's one-year MBA program pathways and NYU / Stern's new AI concentration. Graham addressed two recently published MBA career reports, from INSEAD and Cornell / Johnson. For this week, for the candidate profile review portion of the show, Alex selected two ApplyWire entries and one DecisionWire entry: This week's first MBA admissions candidate is applying next season and has a 655 GMAT score. While they worry that they can't improve the score, we really encourage them to give it another try, or take the GRE. This week's second MBA applicant has a 760 GMAT score that expires in December. They need to target Round 1 next season, to avoid needing to retake the test. This week's final MBA candidate is deciding between Columbia and Duke or Ross with scholarship money. This episode was recorded in Paris, France and Cornwall, England. It was produced and engineered by the fabulous Dennis Crowley in Philadelphia, USA.
