However, humans tend to focus more on their own needs and communicate in a way that is about being understand. In coaching, we don't view people as broken or needing us to fix them. Tonight I am going to talk about what it means and introduce coaches to how they can add Cultiral Sensitivity Coaching to their practice. Please note that on 6/26 at 11 am and 7 pm, I am going to hold a free workshop and get inot the theory behind CSC, best practices, and the "how" coaches can use CSC to facilitate the coaching process. On 6/29, at 11 am and 7pm I am going to discuss how orgnaizations can incorporate CSC into their diversity and inclusion program, and inlcude best practices for internal coaches and people managers.
