James Anderson, Chairman & CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V: GSVR) (OTCQX: GSVRF), joins us for a comprehensive update on Q1 2026 financials, year-to-date operations trends, the 16,000 meters of underground development work underway, and the key initiatives for their ongoing 75,000 meter drill program at each mine.   Guanajuato Silver produces silver and gold concentrates from the El Cubo Mine Complex, Valenciana Mines Complex, the San Ignacio mine, and their recently acquired Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine. In addition, the Company produces silver, gold, lead, and zinc concentrates from the Topia mine in northwestern Durango.  In addition to these 5 producing mines, the Company also has 3 past-producing exploration and development projects in their portfolio at the El Horcon Mine, Pinguico Mine, and Cebada Mine.   Selected Q1 2026 Highlights   Record Revenue of $43.1M represents an increase of 89% over the previous quarter, when revenue totalled $22.7M. Over 97% of revenue in Q1 was derived from silver and gold sales, highlighting Guanajuato Silver's position as a true precious metals producer. Record Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization* ("EBITDA") of positive $13.1M, demonstrating a dramatic reversal from Q4, 2025 EBITDA of negative $21.8M. Record Net Income of $5.7M, demonstrating the impact of improved mine operations in conjunction with rising silver and gold prices. Record Mine Operating Income of $14.3M represents a 252% increase over the previous quarter. In Q4, 2025, the Company generated $4.0M in Mine Operating Income. Gold production of 4,295 ounces represents a 104% increase over the previous quarter. In Q4, 2025 the Company produced 2,110 ounces of gold. The sizable increase in gold production over the quarter was largely due to the addition of production from the gold-rich Bolanitos Mine, which was acquired in January of 2026. Silver production of 339,104 ounces for the quarter represents a 15% increase over the previous quarter. In Q4, 2025, the Company produced 295,836 silver ounces. Silver production generated 58% of total revenue; this outsized leverage to the silver market makes Guanajuato Silver an outlier within the mining industry. Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled $30.5M at the end of the quarter; notably, the Company achieved this cash figure after paying net $30.0M in cash to close the acquisition of Minera Bolanitos S.A de C.V. on January 15, 2026.   James outlines their ongoing 16,000 meters of underground development work paired with the 75,000-meter drill program, currently utilizing 8 drill rigs to augment exploration initiatives. This is largest exploration program the company has ever deployed, with some areas getting the first meaningful resource expansion in many years.     If you have any follow up questions for James on Guanajuato Silver, then please email them into me at Shad@kereport.com.   In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Guanajuato Silver at the time of this recording, and may choose to buy or sell shares at any time.   Click here to follow the latest news from Guanajuato Silver   For more market commentary & interview summaries, subscribe to our Substacks:   The KE Report: https://kereport.substack.com/ Shad's resource market commentary: https://excelsiorprosperity.substack.com/     Investment disclaimer: This content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. He also shared my thoughts on inflation, commodity supercycles, industry portfolio allocation recommendations, and why gold and silver remain important tools for long-term wealth preservation. It was a great conversation covering both market fundamentals and the geopolitical forces shaping the future of precious metals. WELCOME TO THE IRISH & CELTIC MUSIC PODCAST Helping you celebrate Celtic culture through music. I am Marc Gunn. I'm a Celtic musician and host of Pub Songs & Stories, where every song has a story and every episode is a toast to Celtic and folk songwriters. And what a week it has been. This past Sunday, March 8, we wrapped up the very first Irish & Celtic Music PodFest and Arts Market — and it was a fantastic afternoon. Big thanks to Kinnfolk, The Muckers, and May Will Bloom for bringing the music. Huge thanks to The Lost Druid Brewery for hosting us. Thanks to all the incredible vendors who showed up despite the threat of rain — and the eventual downfall of it. And thank you to everyone who braved the weather to celebrate Irish and Celtic music with us. You are all amazing. A very special thank you to Matt for his absolutely brilliant work behind the scenes. This event wouldn't have happened without him. And thank you to Maia for helping out at the table. If you want more Celtic music in Atlanta, there's a great Irish session up in Sandy Springs. I also play around Atlanta throughout the year. And mark your calendars — Irish Fest Atlanta is every November, and Stone Mountain Highland Games every October. Now it is St. Patrick's Day week. This is our second, and final, St. Patrick's Day special. So let's make it count. This podcast is for fans of all kinds of Celtic music. We're here to build a diverse Celtic community and support the incredible artists who so generously share their music with you. If you hear something you love today, email the artist and tell them you heard them here. These are not corporate acts. They are small indie musicians who rely on people like you to keep creating. You can find links to all of today's artists in the shownotes, along with show times, at celticmusicpodcast.com. You can also subscribe and follow the show there, so you never miss an episode. We'd love to have you with us every week. Oh! And if you weren't able to pick up an album pin from The Muckers, Kinfolk and May Will Bloom. Visit their websites so you can buy one. There were still some limited - edition pins available. THANK YOU PATRONS OF THE PODCAST! You show up. Week after week, you show up. And because of that, so does this podcast. Your support carries this show through every season. The quiet weeks and the chaotic ones. The technical headaches and the moments when everything just clicks. You make it possible to keep Celtic music alive and moving in the world. Music and art won't solve everything. But they matter. They connect us. And your generosity keeps that connection going, funding new episodes, the Celtic Music Magazine, the graphics, and our long - suffering engineer who makes me sound like I know what I'm doing. This is the second, and final, St. Patrick's Day special of 2026. It wouldn't have happened without you. None of this would have. In return for your generosity, you get early access to episodes, music - only editions, free MP3s, exclusive stories and interviews, and your voice in the Celtic Top 20, helping crown the best Celtic bands and songs of the year. James Anderson, Chairman & CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V:GSVR – OTCQX:GSVRF), joins me to celebrate the recognition of their team receiving awards for both the Top 50 TSX Venture and OTCQX stock exchanges for their Company performance last year.  We then spend the balance of the discussion outlining the key initiatives for their ongoing 75,000 meter drill program at each mine area, for a comprehensive exploration update across their portfolio of projects.    Guanajuato Silver produces silver and gold concentrates from the El Cubo Mine Complex, Valenciana Mines Complex, the San Ignacio mine, and their recently closed transformational acquisition of the Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine from Endeavour Silver. This 75,000 meter drill program will see the exploration work on most of these projects, and we circled around to the key initiatives at each mine.  Currently the drills have been turning at Topia, El Cubo, and El Horcon; with many assays at the lab to be released in the months to come.   On February 5th, the Company announced a new Mineral Resource Estimate for the Company's 100% owned Valenciana Mines Complex, where the updated inferred mineral resources increased by 630% to 20.3M AgEq Ounces ~(2.27 Mt @ 142.2 g/t Ag and 1.55 g/t Au, containing10.4 Moz Ag and 113 Koz Au). James outlined that this resource update reflects the strength and continuity of the underlying Veta Madre mineral system at Valenciana, and reinforces their confidence in the long-term viability and expanded potential of the project. But is the Bloomberg model for making cities better “technocratic”? What can it do, and what can't it do? And should mayors be “innovative”? Or are the best practices, at the end of the day, pretty straightforward? We get into these questions and more.Read this conversation transcript at www.statecraft.pub. This is a public episode. Guanajuato Silver – Acquisition Of The Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine in Mexico Fuels Growth And Operational Synergies In 2026

James Anderson, Chairman & CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V:GSVR – OTCQX:GSVRF), joins me to highlight their recently closed transformational acquisition of the Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine from Endeavour Silver, and how this augments the current production profile of the company, as well as synergies with processing and improving efficiencies.   Bolanitos is the Company's fifth producing precious metals mine in Mexico. Located adjacent to Guanajuato Silver's San Ignacio mine, the 1,600 tonnes per day Bolanitos flotation plant is currently under-utilized and has significant capacity for increased throughput and production. Bolanitos is a gold mine and silver mine which will further enhance the Company's position as a growing precious metals producer in Mexico. In total, the Company will operate three primary silver mines (Topia, Valenciana, and El Cubo) and two primary gold mines (Bolanitos and San Ignacio).   Guanajuato Silver has acquired Bolanitos for total consideration of up to US$50 million (the "Transaction"), consisting of (i) upfront consideration of US$40 million which was paid on closing and was comprised of US$30 million in cash and US$10 million of Guanajuato Silver common at a deemed price of US$0.2709413 (Cdn$0.3815) per share. and (ii) contingent consideration of US$10 million ((ii) In addition to the Upfront Consideration, Guanajuato Silver will make two contingent payments to Endeavour, each being US$5 million, upon achieving production of two million ounces of silver-equivalent and four million ounces of silver-equivalent, respectively. Each Contingent Payment will be satisfied 50% in cash and 50% in Guanajuato Shares.   We discussed how the incorporation of the San Ignacio Mine into the Bolanitos Mines Complex is expected to rapidly generate improved economics and expanded mine life. Mineralized material mined at San Ignacio will now be transported to the nearby 1,600 tonnes per day Bolanitos flotation plant; as Bolanitos and San Ignacio are contiguous to one another, this is expected to dramatically reduce transportation costs and increase utilization at the Bolanitos mill. This has allowed the Company to put the Cata processing plant on care and maintenance, with the goal to have over 85% utilization at the Bolanitos and El Cubo plants in 2026.   Another aspect of this deal also includes the acquisition of the historic Cebada mine, which is located contiguous and to the north of the Company's Valenciana Mines Complex (VMC). The Company intends to reactivate Cebada, which is currently on care and maintenance, as an important exploration and development project. This led to us highlighting the other historically producing mines in the portfolio like Pinguico and El Horco, that will have an exploration and development work on tap in 2026, focusing on the future growth of the Company.  The plan is for 44,000 meters of exploration drilling to be completed across all projects this year. Silver just broke the $50 mark last week, and it's stirring up the biggest buzz the bullion market's seen in decades. From London's sudden silver shortage to record-breaking lease rates, the pressure behind this move is unlike anything since the Warren Buffett era. Gold's holding strong near $4,000, and demand from both investors and industry is pushing supply to its limits. Listen now as senior analyst James Anderson breaks down what's really driving this historic silver surge—and what it means for everyday Americans watching from the sidelines.   Silver hit a historic milestone: Silver officially closed above $50 an ounce 10/10/2025 — the highest nominal weekly close ever in U.S. dollars. It's a major psychological mark the market's been eyeing for years. London's running short on big silver bars: 1,000-ounce bars — the kind traded between banks and refiners — are in tight supply. Lease rates in London skyrocketed to levels not seen since Warren Buffett's silver play back in 1998.

Is it time to start mentioning her name when talking about the G.O.A.T.s of the game? Speaking of the EPT Barcelona, David Coleman had four runner-up finishes there, while Thomas Eychenne took down the EPT Barcelona Main Event for €1,217,175. It was actually in that tournament that PokerNews spotted Jesse Yaginuma and James Carroll, the two friends who caused quite the controversy over the summer in the WSOP Millionaire Maker, seated next to each other. Strange coincidence, that.  From there, Chad offers highlights from his Wisconsin hangout with Phil Hellmuth, who then went ot New Hampshire for a "Beat the Champ" weekend that saw Brandon Cantu emerge victorious. Send us a textIn this episode, I chat with James Anderson, co-owner of Saturn Press with his with Diedre. The humble greeting card might seem like a relic in our digital age, but as James reveals, these tactile treasures carry meaning far beyond their paper boundaries. James shares how Saturn Press creates distinctive cards using vintage presses from the 1940s-60s, explaining that the very constraints of letterpress technology drive a creativity that digital perfection cannot replicate. "I'm not a Luddite who hates technology," he clarifies. "I just love that technology from 60 or 80 years ago remains relevant today." These limitations in color palette and printing technique result in cards that feel comforting, unique, and beautiful – qualities increasingly sought after in our screen-dominated world.  Behind each Saturn Press card lies a thoughtful process of selecting art from their extensive ephemera collection, commissioning licensed artists, or revitalizing work from overlooked historical artists. The company prints on carefully selected natural white paper with deckle edges, creating a wholesome tactile experience that enhances the visual design. Sustainability guides their decisions too, as they work to eliminate plastic from packaging while maintaining the product's integrity.  Perhaps most compelling is James's insight into why greeting cards still matter: "A sympathy text just doesn't cut it. If you're participating in a social relationship, you want to show it's worth enough to buy a nice card, write something meaningful, and put it in the mail." This intentionality explains why independent bookshops increasingly embrace stationery as both a profit center and a natural extension of their literary community.  Discover the magic of letterpress and why these cards aren't just purchased but treasured, displayed, and even framed as keepsakes. Visit saturnpresscards.com to experience these distinctive designs for yourself. Saturn PressThe Gold, Neil Forsyth and Thomas TurnerSupport the showThe Bookshop PodcastMandy Jackson-BeverlySocial Media Links
