The Pursue Your Potential Podcast, hosted by Taylor, is an incredibly inspiring and motivating show that has had a profound impact on my life. From the moment I started listening, I felt an instant connection with Taylor. Her authenticity and approachability make it feel like she is speaking directly to me as a friend. She genuinely cares about helping others reach their potential and it shows in every episode.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Taylor's ability to provide practical advice and guidance for personal growth and development. Her knowledge and expertise in various areas, such as fitness, mindset, and business, shine through in her solo episodes. She presents her own unique point of view while also asking insightful questions to her guests, creating a well-rounded perspective on pursuing one's potential. The diversity of topics covered in each episode keeps the content fresh and engaging.
Another great aspect of this podcast is Taylor's dedication to her listeners. Despite being successful in her own right, she takes the time to connect with her audience personally. Whether it's through responding to messages or providing additional resources, Taylor goes above and beyond to support those who are striving for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
In terms of drawbacks, it can be difficult at times to find specific episodes that cater to individual interests or goals. While the variety of topics is certainly a strength, some may prefer a more focused approach depending on their specific interests or needs.
Overall, The Pursue Your Potential Podcast is a diamond in the rough within the fitness stratosphere. In today's episode, we wrap up season 1 by taking you back in time to an episode that was recorded the beginning of 2022 (arranged end of 2021). It is an interview with the CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp, Bryce Henson. This episode is long overdue, however, the timing is perfect. What is interesting is that this was the only interview that was done and hadn't been published. For many guests, this would have likely been an issue, and or they would be up to other things years later, but with Bryce, it is very much still him today and he's accomplished a lot since then.Bryce, today in 2024, is still everything he was introduced as and more, making big moves. His story is one worth listening to, and his mindset is one worth learning from.Tune in and let us know your thoughts. You can message us on social media, post, and tag. After being born through a c-section because of a breached (feet first) position and umbilical cord wrapped around her neck, Taylor was moments from death and spent a few weeks in the NICU. She had a physical therapist briefly as a baby to help with a condition that she would have called "Torticollis".Though she spent her whole life with this, she wasn't aware of it until her 30s while having a conversation with her mother about the pains she was experiencing. She also discovered through her chiropractor that she has a slight degree of scoliosis. These issues affect her from top to bottom and she's actively trying to work on the issues and pay attention to how they affect her day-to-day as well as her weightlifting and other fitness endeavors. In this short episode, Taylor discusses how valuable it is to know of or learn about these issues with your body. What was your birth story? What injuries did you have growing up? What injuries have you had recently? What about your posture from moment to moment? It would also be great if you could pay attention to these things with your children and let them know more about what their body has gone through. It can really help them as they get older.Tune in and share your thoughts by writing a review and or tagging @thepursueyourpotentialpodcast on Instagram / social media.

In this episode, Taylor dives into what it's been like being a stay-at-home working mom.Back in 2013 when Taylor had her baby, she and her husband decided it would be best for her to be a stay-at-home mom. Her husband traveled for work a lot, typically home for 10 days and gone for work 10+ days at a time. This came with a lot of challenges, but was the best decision for their family at that time in their lives. Neither of them wanted their son to be in daycare and raised by another. While Chris would be away, Taylor was responsible for taking care of her son and everything at home. Taylor used that time to go to school, take courses, and start her own businesses that could be done from home. Since then, Taylor has built multiple businesses. Taylored for You Coaching, which is an online and in-person fitness business, Hula Hoop Fitness Utah, which is a hula hoop fitness business where she teaches people how to hula hoop for fitness and dance, Notary Signing Services, which is a business where she is a notary signing agent. On top of this, Taylor rents out her home gym to those who want a private space to work out.If you're interested in joining TFY Coaching there are limited spots available at this time. APPLY HERE

In this episode, Taylor dives into the difference between criticizing yourself and being critical. We definitely need to be willing to have some hard conversations with ourselves at times but if we can learn to do that in a healthy way rather than being mean to ourselves it can ultimately help us to not only pursue our potential but live in it.If you liked this episode and found that it was helpful please leave a 5-star rating and a written review to share your thoughts. In this episode, Taylor dives into why it's important to look for the lessons you learn in your fitness journey. Just because you don't get results or the results you wanted during a program does not mean that the program and or investment was a waste. It is only a waste if you choose not to take what you learned during that time to help you move forward.Sometimes the only reward you get in a program is learning about yourself and that is a huge reward. We cannot change what we are not willing to acknowledge and entering a fitness journey brings ALL of that to the surface. We cannot expect our bodies to change if our mindset is holding us back.
In this episode, Taylor dives into the power of complacency. It is easy to become complacent and comfortable and extremely difficult at times to move away from that.Complacency is powerful because it feels good and serves you. It's great to experience this from time to time and it's not a problem until it is.When it comes to health, fitness, weight loss goals, we end up doing extreme things to undo the "damage" being complacent too long does.If you're ready to transform your lifestyle and body so that you can be a healthier, happier, more confident you, APPLY FOR ONLINE COACHING
