Just Mercy is based on the true story of the events that occured when Brian Steven founded the Equal Justice Initiative after graduating from Harvard Law School and moving to Alabama. It was a great movie that demonstrates several of the qualities of a true leader. I saw the movie a while ago, but finally I have gotten around to share my reflections on leadership from the movie.

Monica Wisdom Tyson did not always plan on being an entrepreneur. She attended trade school her she studied cosmetology, but after she graduated and got a job she found that she did not enjoy being in a corporate salon. From selling Plus Size clothing lots on ebay, to now running multiple business online, she has her fair share on disappointments.
