Are you really into Astrology or Numerology?  Do you ever wonder about the numerology of the names of certain things like streets or businesses? And do you ever think about the astrology of certain days and if that makes them a good day to start a project or finish a certain task? Yeah, well so do we!  It is one of our favorite rabbit holes. So in this episode we dive ALL the way in. Chandra looks into the numerology of our names; the name of the show (Ohm-g Podcast) and the cheeky name we use to loving refer to us 4 crazy witches (Woo Crew) Camille pulls out all the planetary stops and runs our chart based on the date our first episode aired. And Chandra finishes up by creating a numerology blueprint based on that same “birth date” Spoiler alert…. We're a ruling 7 (intuition & gut instinct) and we have a Scorpio stellium. I guess you didn't have to be particularly intuitive to see that coming. Take a listen to the full episode to get all the tea on why we might just be the perfect balance of grounded and astral.  As the late, great Casey Kasem said, “Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars.” It is now possible to book 1:1 mediumship, energy healing, QHHT, or numerology sessions with your favorite Ohm-g Podcast Host. Megyn Kelly, currently host of The Megyn Kelly Show, a talk show and podcast that airs daily on Sirius XM's Triumph channel and has over 3.6 million subscribers on YouTube, makes her return to the program to talk about her upcoming live tour, inspired by Tucker Carlson's, where she'll engage audiences in cities nationwide alongside figures like Charlie Kirk, Ben Shapiro, and Donald Trump Jr. She addresses criticism that she's aligned with anti-Israel voices, firmly rejecting the charge and reaffirming her support for Israel while noting the country is losing the PR war and needs to resolve the conflict. The conversation shifts to crime, where Kelly argues that post–George Floyd policies, fueled by BLM, have endangered American cities by weakening law enforcement and bail standards. She advocates a return to tough-on-crime approaches, praises Trump's efforts to send federal help to cities, and criticizes Democratic governors for refusing assistance out of partisan hatred. The interview closes with promotion of her tour stop in White Plains, NY, this November. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Bo Dietl, Red Apple Podcast Host, calls in for his weekly Tuesday morning hit with Sid to rant about the upcoming mayoral race in New York City and his strong opposition to Zohran Mamdani, whom he described as a dangerous, radical candidate. Dietl praises Curtis Sliwa as the only contender who aligns with Donald Trump's values on law and order, opposing bail reform and sanctuary city policies. He criticizes other candidates for attacking one another instead of exposing Mamdani's record, urging financial and public support for efforts like his NYC ABM (Anyone But Mamdani) campaign. Dietl also ties the issue to broader national and international concerns, drawing parallels to rising socialism, the threat of crime, and support for Israel after October 7. He closes by calling on New Yorkers to fight for their city rather than flee, insisting that Curtis Sliwa—despite critics—offers incorruptible leadership focused on public safety. My guest today on the Online for Authors podcast is Roseanne D'Ausilio, author of the book Pain, Pumpernickel, and Profound Forgiveness. Roseanne D'Ausilio, Ph.D., is an industrial psychologist, consultant, best-selling author, executive coach, customer service expert, and President of Human Technologies Global. Known as ‘the practical champion of the human,' in a high-tech world, she authors 15 mostly non-fiction books. Her first book was Wake Up Your Call Center: Humanize Your Interaction Hub now in its 4th edition. Pain, Pumpernickel, & Profound Forgiveness: A Daughter's Story of her Punishing & Loving Relationship with her Father is Rosanne's first memoir--A very different genre. Rosanne splits her time between Northern Virginia and the Caribbean and can be found doing Zumba nearly every day. It's her body/mind/spirit dance.   In my book review, I stated Pain, Pumpernickel, & Profound Forgiveness is a beautiful memoir. Through the use of short essays, Rosanne helps us understand her relationship with her father - and her mother - the good and the not-so-good.   As I read, I often felt that Rosanne learned the lessons of the book - love doesn't always look like we think it will, we can change how we see things, compassion is possible even when hurting, and you can be at peace with your past - as she wrote down her memories. Her surprise at what she found was evident!   Rosanne's tales are full of what she calls Divine Interventions - times where logic doesn't adequately explain the outcomes and miracles abound. And through these Divine Interventions, Rosanne learns so much about her father, herself, and their often-troubled relationship.   As someone who has struggled with familial relationships, I enjoyed watching the author discover that there is more than one way to see the past - and how you think about the past is entirely up to you! This is a quick, easy read that will leave you thinking deeply.   Subscribe to Online for Authors to learn about more great books! https://www.youtube.com/@onlineforauthors?sub_confirmation=1   Join the Novels N Latte Book Club community to discuss this and other books with like-minded readers: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3576519880426290   You can follow Author Roseanne D'Ausilio Website: https://drrosanne.com/ FB: @rosanne.dausilio LinkedIn: @rosannedausiliophd   Purchase Pain, Pumpernickel, and Profound Forgiveness on Amazon: Paperback: https://amzn.to/4kT39ia Ebook: https://amzn.to/4kzhZdJ   Teri M Brown, Author and Podcast Host: https://www.terimbrown.com FB: @TeriMBrownAuthor IG: @terimbrown_author X: @terimbrown1   Want to be a guest on Online for Authors? Have you ever held back from chasing your dream because of fear — fear of failure, fear of getting it wrong, or fear of what others might think? You're not alone. In fact, Gary Waldon shares in this episode that 60% of people never follow their dreams because of fear. Gary knows a thing or two about reinvention. With over 46 jobs under his belt, from topless waiter to lecturer, startup founder to CEO advisor, his “give it a go” approach has shaped a life full of transformation. Now a transformational change specialist and bestselling author of Mastering the Art of Reinvention, Gary helps people and organisations reinvent themselves when they feel stuck. In this episode, we dive into Gary's brilliant “boss of the brain” analogy, the tension between foresight and blindsides when it comes to change, and why sometimes it takes hitting rock bottom to force reinvention. For me, the most powerful reminder was that reinvention is never one-size-fits-all. The art of reinventing yourself is unique to each of us, but it's also one of the most empowering ways to move forward when life feels stuck. Key Episode Takeaways: Gary's simple “boss of the brain” analogy to explain the difference between brain and mind. Why 60% of people never follow their dreams, and how fear of failure is at the root of it. How foresight versus blindsides impact our ability to reinvent, and why catalysts matter. Reinvention is deeply personal, but it's always possible when you're willing to try. About the Guest: Gary Waldon is a transformational change specialist who has helped many people and organisations reinvent themselves using his practical and engaging approach. He has had over 46 different jobs throughout his life, including being a topless waiter, lecturer, teacher, start up founder and CEO advisor, along with earning two master's degrees in business and finance. Gary has played significant transformational roles across multiple industries including health, technology, finance, consulting, education, and aviation. His ‘give it a go' approach to life has seen him featured in media widely. He is also the best-selling author of the 2020 book release, Sort Your Sh!t Out. My guest today on the Online for Authors podcast is Peter Gunn, author of the book The Amazons. Peter Gunn is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and served his country proudly for over two decades. His unique writing style comes from a love of poetry and considers himself to be a poet first before being a content writer.   In my book review, I stated The Amazons is a YA fiction that is a cross between historical fiction and fantasy - all done in verse! Peter invented LLP - linked-lyrical-poetry. LLP has the flavor of Homer's Iliad and Odyssey, Shakespeare's sonnets, and hip-hop/rap music. However, unlike Homer and Shakespeare, The Amazons is easy-to-read and understand.   The Amazons is a perfect introduction into epic poetry - but be sure to have a dictionary handy. In order to keep the rhyming scheme going, Peter relies on his extensive vocabulary (and a thesaurus or two!).   In addition to his unique style, I loved his storytelling and how he linked the history of England after the Napoleonic Wars to the fabled Amazons who supposedly lived in Peru. The story is fun, fast-paced, and filled with adventures. And for those who get hooked on the style, Peter has planned a series and is working on Books 2 and 3.   Subscribe to Online for Authors to learn about more great books! https://www.youtube.com/@onlineforauthors?sub_confirmation=1   Join the Novels N Latte Book Club community to discuss this and other books with like-minded readers: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3576519880426290   You can follow Author Peter Gunn Website: https://www.petergunn.net/ Tiktok: @petergunnpoetry   Purchase The Amazons on Amazon: Ebook: https://amzn.to/4lyT6if   Teri M Brown, Author and Podcast Host: https://www.terimbrown.com FB: @TeriMBrownAuthor IG: @terimbrown_author X: @terimbrown1   Want to be a guest on Online for Authors? My guest today on the Online for Authors podcast is Ricardo Jose Gonzalez-Rothi, author of the book The Mango Chronicle. “The Mango Chronicle” is Ric's first book-length manuscript, but he has had several published narrative essays about growing up in Cuba. These have appeared in Acentos Review, HEAL Literary Journal, Gainesville Magazine, Biostories, Foliate Oak, Lunch Ticket, The Bellingham Review, and Hispanic Culture Review. Other published pieces include poetry (including a self-published collection of bilingual children's poems), narrative essays, and over fifty scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of the Authors'Guild, Writers' Alliance of Gainesville and has served as a nonfiction reader for The Atticus Review.   He spends his with his family, four grandchildren, his wife and daughters. He loves dogs, hiking, playing in the dirt (when not playing his guitar), planting fruit trees, tinkering on his farm, practicing ventriloquy with his two (very accommodating) puppets, kayaking, learning languages, sketching, photography and crafting short films (Youtube channel Mango for You. @MangoforYou2day).   In my book review, I stated The Mango Chronicle is a wonderful memoir that reads more like a novel. I loved hearing Ric's stories about growing up in Cuba, as well as his heart-wrenching stories about his first years as an immigrant.   I have always found it interesting how a child views life. We assume that living in communist Cuba was terrible. And there were definitely aspects that were bad. But on many levels, at least to a child, he has glorious memories of his Uncle, his grandmother, his friends, neighborhood pranks, sports, kite flying, and adventures. Whether he was using his slingshot or stealing a rowboat, Ric saw Cuba from the eyes of a child who loved where he lived.   When his family moves to New Jersey, he lets us into his child's mind as he tries to navigate a new world with a new language. Some of these stories were funny. Others were not. But throughout it all, Ric's upbringing helped him forge a path forward.   His recollections made me laugh, ponder, swear under my breath, and even cry. Have you ever found yourself suddenly in the role of caring for someone you love, without a roadmap for what that really means? In this episode of It's a Mindset, I sit down with Casey Beros, award-winning health journalist, bestselling author, keynote speaker, and one of Australia's leading medical MCs. For two decades, Casey has been translating complex science into practical strategies that empower everyday people to live healthier, happier lives. But it was becoming the primary carer for her beloved dad that changed everything. That experience inspired her heartfelt new book, Next of Kin, a compassionate and practical “what to expect when you're expecting to care for someone you love.” Part memoir, part guide, it's a much-needed companion for navigating the emotional and often overwhelming toll of care. As a mum of two herself, Casey understands firsthand the unique strain of the sandwich generation, caring for ageing parents while raising children and trying to maintain a sense of self. She brings honesty, humour, and deep compassion to this conversation. For me, this episode was a reminder of how important it is to prepare for the inevitable, the loss of our parents, and how caring can challenge everything from our routines to our sense of self. My biggest takeaway? The most meaningful thing we can do is spend time with the people we love, and when we align to one clear purpose, it sustains us even when times are tough. Key Episode Takeaways The toll of care not only on the carer, but on those around them as well. Why it can feel impossible to maintain wellbeing routines while caring for someone with acute needs. The most meaningful time is always the time spent with those you love. How having one thing that is uniquely yours, your purpose, can create greater alignment and sustain you through difficult seasons. About the Guest Casey Beros is an award-winning health journalist, bestselling author, keynote speaker and one of Australia's leading medical MC's. She has spent the last 20 years asking our brightest minds how we can all live happier, healthier lives. Along the way she found some answers, and she shares them with the Australian public in a way that's both steeped in science and delightfully entertaining. She has hosted TV programs for the ABC and Channel 10, and written for many of our leading digital publications. She has a superhuman ability to translate complex science into practical and actionable strategies that empower the most important person in the health journey - you. Being the primary carer for her beloved Dad was the catalyst for Casey to write her new book Next Of Kin - a 'what to expect when you're expecting' to become a carer for someone you love. A heartfelt companion, it's a practical and compassionate guide to navigating the complex, emotional and challenging world of care. Mum to two little girls, Casey is Australia's self-proclaimed parallel parking champion and knows the words to more pop songs than is probably normal. Kelly's story begins at the peak of success—meeting celebrities, managing billion-dollar brands, and collecting promotions—but underneath, she was burning out while holding it all together as a new mom and cancer survivor. In this conversation, Kelly explains why passion isn't enough for lasting fulfillment, how over-identifying with your career keeps you stuck, and why she believes Life-Work Alignment is a more sustainable framework than the outdated idea of balance. She shares the moment her three-year-old daughter asked her not to leave again, the Apple Watch notification that confirmed her stress levels, and the four pillars that now guide her work and life. If you've ever wondered whether your career is defining too much of who you are, this episode will shift your perspective. In this episode, we discuss: How do you know when it's time to walk away from a dream job? Why is purpose more sustainable than passion in your career? Building something the world doesn't understand requires more than strategy and determination. It requires the internal capacity to withstand loss, criticism, and the constant voice in your head saying you should just do what everyone else is doing. Most entrepreneurs think they want to be trailblazers until they face the real cost. In this episode, Genea reveals the messy, powerful truth about what it takes to carve your own path and why most people give up before they ever really begin. Here's what this episode explores:

My guest today on the Online for Authors podcast is Martin Bodek, author of the book Zaidy's War. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Martin currently lives in NJ with his wife and three children. He is an avid marathoner, Daf Yomi participant, Wordler, vexillologist, and halvah aficionado. He is a technologist by day, and a writer by night.   A freelance writer on Jewish interest topics for three decades, his work has been published in The Huffington Post, The Denver Post, The Washington Times, The Jewish Press, Country Yossi Magazine, Modern Magazine, The Jewish Link of NJ, The Jewish Book Council, scoogiespin, israelinsider, bangitout, jewcentral, Jew in the City, Aish, and Shepherd. His work was translated for Germany's only weekly Jewish newspaper, The Jüdische Allgemeine. Zaidy's War was translated into Yiddish and serialized in Der Yid. He is the co-creator of TheKnish.com, a popular Jewish news satire site, the beat reporter for JRunners, the surname columnist for jewishworldreview, the cufflink columnist for The Jewish Link of NJ, and is part of the Word Prompt rotation in The Jewish Press.   In my book review, I stated Zaidy's War by Martin Bodek is a Holocaust family memoir you won't want to miss. As Martin said in his preface, the stories his grandfather told him about his time during the war always sounded more like a super-hero adventure story. However, as he grew older, he realized that these stories were far more and needed preserving. Without a doubt, his grandfather would be so proud of the book and grateful that Martin found a way to keep the memories of the Jewish plight alive.   Zaidy is an amazing man who loved religious learning, his family, and freedom. Yet, due to Hitler and his desire for ethnic cleansing, Zaidy could have easily lost everything he loved. And when he made it through the other side of the war, he could have easily lost his humanity. And yet, what we find is a man who pushed forward, helped his community rebuild, fell in love, worked hard for his family, moved not once but twice in order to provide the stability his family needed, and continued to follow his religious principles throughout his life. It is no wonder Martin grew up thinking his grandfather was so amazing - it is because it was true.   In today's world, where antisemitism is strong and there are many who claim the Holocaust didn't happen, books such as Zaidy's War are beyond valuable. These stories could ultimately stop something like the extermination of entire Jewish communities from happening again. Buy this book. Read this book. And then determine what you can do to begin to right the wrongs you see happening in your own communities.   Subscribe to Online for Authors to learn about more great books! https://www.youtube.com/@onlineforauthors?sub_confirmation=1   Join the Novels N Latte Book Club community to discuss this and other books with like-minded readers: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3576519880426290   You can follow Author Martin Bodek Website: https://martinbodekbooks.com/ FB: @ martinbodek X: @martinbodek IG: @martinbodek LinkedIn: @Martin Bodek   Purchase Zaidy's War on Amazon: Paperback: https://amzn.to/45LyVt1 Ebook: https://amzn.to/4nBssYb   Teri M Brown, Author and Podcast Host: https://www.terimbrown.com FB: @TeriMBrownAuthor IG: @terimbrown_author X: @terimbrown1   Want to be a guest on Online for Authors? WARNING: THIS EPISODE CONTAINS DETAILS INVOLVING CHILD ABUSE AND MAY BE DISTURBING TO SOME...LISTENER DISCRETION IS ADVISED.     On the afternoon of August 14, 2025, Rebecca Haro contacted 911 from a Big 5 Sporting Goods Store in Yucaipa, California to report that she had been attacked and her 7 month old son, Emmanuel, was kidnapped.  She said that she had driven to the Big 5 from her older child's football game nearby to get him a new mouth guard.  She brought the 7 month old with her while her husband, Jake Haro, stayed at the game with their other children.  When she arrived in the parking lot, she noticed Emmanuel needed a fresh diaper, so she laid him down on the seat of the car and prepared to change him when she was attacked from behind, struck with a blow so hard that it caused her to see white, knocking her out cold.  She fell to the ground and laid there for an unknown amount of time before coming to and finding her baby was missing.  She called out his name and eventually went into the Big 5 asking if anyone had seen someone with a baby.  911 was called and a large scale search was launched by both the San Bernardino and Riverside Sheriffs Department assisting in the search efforts.  Within days, the suspicion turned to the parents as inconsistencies came up in mom's story, along with emerging information regarding the dad's criminal history of abusing his children.  If you have any information about Emmanuel Haro's whereabouts, contact the Specialized Investigations Division at 909-890-4904 or leave an anonymous tip at 800-78-CRIME or visit their website wetip.comSOURCES:https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/crime/2025/08/19/emmanuel-haro-missing-california-mom-parents/85720865007/https://www.newsweek.com/baby-missing-california-emmanuel-haro-2115807https://www.vvng.com/uvalde-foundation-for-kids-to-haro-parents-join-the-search-you-will-be-protected/https://gazettedirect.com/emmanuel-haro-parents/LINKS:Patreon:  https://www.patreon.com/killaforniapodPayPal:  https://www.paypal.coCashm/paypalme/killaforniapodMerchandise:  https://killaforniadreamingpodcast.threadless.com/Website:  https://killaforniadreamingpodcast.buzzsprout.com/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@KillaforniaDreamingPodcastFacebook Group:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/1296620370450345/Facebook Page:  https://www.facebook.com/killaforniadreamingInstagram:  https://www.instagram.com/killaforniadreamingpod/?hl=enX:  https://twitter.com/killaforniapodEmail:  killaforniapod@gmail.comTikTok:  @killaforniadreamingpod Cash App:  $KDpodcastSupport the show
