Warehouse 13 Fancast Lead Agent Shannon loves her zombies and Agent Carolyn loves her food trucks while Janitor SP is worried about the mole on this face - thanks Sallah. The Agents review and rewatch the Warehouse 13 season 3 tenth episode S3E10 "Insatiable." The Agents review the episode, enjoy the 15 year anniversary of the premiere of Warehouse 13, talk about the Donner Party, discover who would go to third base with Myka, enjoy the great episode dialogue, speculate on how spending time with Allison Scagliotti would go and take many tangents including: how Shannon was right about Fringe, how the Orphan Black-Expanse wager is going, how the agents HATE dark scene filming, terrible movies and the House Of Dragons. The hosts also run down all the artifacts of the episode and give some nods to the episode creative team. Stay after the credits for some bonus content. When I first met Allison Scagliotti, we were playing guitars at a music event in Los Angeles where we became fast friends. Shortly after I would learn about her acting career where she is best known for roles in Drake & Josh, Warehouse 13, and Stitchers, but I knew Allison as a musician first. So when I asked her to to be a guest on the show, Allison chose Kate Bush's 'The Dreaming,' as her most influential album of all time! This experimental and uncommercial fourth album from the iconic English singer continues to inspire Allison's creative journey to this day including her musical concept project, La Femme Pendu. CHERIE CURRIE & BRIE DARLING Release The Kinks Classic “Do It Again” as Their New Single Grammy Museum Performance August 1 New Album “The Motivator” - Out August 2 Stream "Do It Again" Album Pre-Order (Los Angeles, CA) – July 19, 2019 – Los Angeles-based, female rock icons, Cherie Currie and Brie Darling have released their new single, The Kinks classic “Do It Again” today. You can stream “Do It Again” HERE “Do It Again” along with their covers of The Youngbloods’ "Get Together" and T. Rex’s "The Motivator" will appear on their debut album, The Motivator which is set for release August 2, 2019 on Blue Élan Records and is available for pre-order. Learn more about the new release HERE Cherie & Brie are also set to perform songs for the very first time from the new album at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on Thursday, August 1. Tickets Available Now. The Motivator was produced by the six-time Grammy nominated Dave Darling (Brian Setzer, Stray Cats, Janiva Magness, Tom Waits) and features nine classic covers by bands including The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, and John Lennon, plus three powerful new originals, “Too Bruised,” “I’m Too Good, That’s Just Too Bad” and the topical “This Is Our Time.” Guests on the album include a host of family and friends who came in to do backups, including Currie’s sister, actress Sondra Currie, her ex-husband, actor Robert Hays; friends, Susan Olsen of Brady Bunch fame, Leslie Koch Foumberg, and actress/director, Allison Scagliotti. Darling’s brother, Henry Berry is on “He Ain’t Heavy”; and brother Phil Berry does a guitar solo on the Kinks tune “Do it Again” while her sister, Rory Berry Bishop plays drums on Thunderclap Newman’s “Something in the Air.” Patti Quatro—Suzi’s sister and a member of Fanny—plays guitar and sings on “For What It’s Worth.” The Runaways front-woman and solo artist, Currie, met the Fanny drummer and singer, Darling, in 2017 and immediately connected. Currie had come in to contribute vocals to Fanny Walked the Earth, a reunion album from the trailblazing Fanny, the first all-female band signed to a major label (Reprise) in 1969. Though the two musicians were certainly admirers of each other, they had not yet met until that session. Once connected, the idea to continue collaborating was hatched and soon the idea to record an album was solidified.
It's episode 104, so it's time to shine an Actor Spotlight on Claudia, played by Allison Scagliotti. In our Writer Appreciation segment, we celebrate the iconic LGBT+ work of Drew Z. Greenberg, and our Artifact Expert for the day is Dr. Kathleen Crowther, a Historian of Science who loves Warehouse 13 and generously shared her knowledge about the mathematician Rheticus. Throughout the episode, we also discuss mental health stigma, and encourage anyone in need to feel confident and strong when asking for help. There is nothing taboo about therapy, psychiatry, or any other mental health treatment! For more information, check out our show notes.

Today's Guest: Neil Grayston, actor, "Eureka" Part 1 of 2 Mr. Media is recorded live before a studio audience of “Eureka” fans whose favorite part of the show is when someone on the show rolls their eyes and says, “Fargo!”… in the new new media capitol of the world… St. Petersburg, Florida! As Fargo on the Syfy original series "Eureka," actor Neil Grayston is a multi-facted geek-in-charge. Douglas Fargo is a classic television character. At once deceptively innocent and brilliant, he’s also capable of causing the kind of naïve mischief that may one day cause the secret government town of Eureka to be wiped off the map in a giant matter/anti-matter implosion. Just to ply it safe, I’ll be interviewing the actor who plays Fargo today – Neil Grayston – and not the character himself. Too many things go wrong when that guy is around! NEIL GRAYSTON audio excerpt: "I think it started as an idea to clean up all the loose ends of the show but not in a dream scenario... This is the timeline we live in now. As far as I know, we're stickin' with it." Grayston, I believe, is a guy who recognized a wonderful opportunity in the role of Fargo and capitalized upon it. He has grown a character whose initial purpose seemed little more than second banana antics and shenanigans and given him heart and self-respect in a relatively short period of time. Eureka's Neil Grayston and Warehouse 13's Allison Scagliotti cross over... And thanks to the Syfy network’s show recent disruption of the time-space continuum, Grayston is now playing Fargo 2.0. Instead of being a flaky young scientist at Global Dynamics, he is now the head of GD. He’s even had a love life, including a crossover fling with Tech wiz Claudia Donovan of “Warehouse 13.” Of course, Grayston is still giving voice to a second “character” on “Eureka,” which returns for its season 4.5 premiere on Monday, July 11 @ 8 p.m.: He is the computer altered, female personality of Sheriff Carter’s underground bunker, S.A.R.A.H. (Incidentally, you can follow both S.A.R.A.H. and Grayston on Twitter.) You may have previously seen Grayston on “Wonderfalls,” “Smallville,” “The Dead Zone” and “Supernatural.” Neil Grayston Twitter Part 2 of 2 Order 'Eureka Season One' starring Colin Ferguson and Neil Grayston, available from Amazon.com by clicking on the DVD cover above! Movie Meltdown - Episode 249 This week we wrap-up our month-long tribute to Halloween and horror with "live" coverage from our bloodbath double feature that was... "Meltdown Macabre"! First we talk with writer/producer Lotti Pharriss Knowles and director John Knowles, the creators of our first feature, "Chastity Bites". Then we sit down for a group discussion about our second feature, the horror/comedy/train wreck known as "Mama Dracula". It’s an epic double feature episode - to encapsulate a double feature evening. And as Marlena blinds us with science, we also discuss… Allison Scagliotti, a window into your mind, Re-Animator, social media, The Fearless Vampire Killers, Stuck on You, frontier justice, a balls out feminist, fanboy appeal, a working relationship, Louise Griffiths, Lauren Hutton, Star Wars Christmas Special, The Fly, suffused with importance, the little girl with the underwear, Claudia Donovan, having a shorthand, SyFy Channel, really embrace that inner bitch, a level of commitment, Bugs Bunny, Fred Armisen in a canoe, spraying DDT on mosquitoes, Botox, Warehouse 13, finding your people, Army of Lovers, could be drugs... could be France, spooked by Judaism, being a horror nerd, building a sense of dread, marketing your movie, the birthday shark, forensic engineering, I had problems spatially... with this movie, the jump cut case, Annie showing her panties, strong female characters, color saturation, Francia Raisa, 80’s music videos, David Lynch, two ships passing in the night, Eastern European serial killers, doing accents, Once Bitten, Nurse Ratched face, campy horror, the essence of Lotti, green roots support, when Harolds collide, keeping the world at arm's length, being past the point of being able to function, Frankenstein's monster and Lassie, Oh my god... I love PJ Soles, surreal smoke-filled bright light dark shadows swirling cameras, in a giant bird cage, head trauma, Elizabeth Bathory, Stuart Gordon, Howling 2: Your Sister is a Werewolf, accidently writing a better movie, the middle has completely fallen out, a film language made up between twins, wampires are wery fast, 60 bad movies and a box of wine, Halloween 3: Season of the Witch, sprinkling fairy dust around the set, creating gold and playing Dungeons and Dragons with porn stars. Spoiler Alert: I don’t think we can ruin “Mama Dracula”. In fact, our discussion of it kind of improves the movie. But regardless, watch it beforehand for spoiler-free listening. In our sixth episode of the SciFi Diner Classic, we interview Allison Scagliotti from Warehouse 13. Since we do a news and interview show, it goes without saying that the news portion of our episodes often date themselves fast. And while the interviews with the people that make Science Fiction happen remain relevant and in our opinion important, most listeners will not listen back 100 episodes and wade through old news just to get to the interview. So what the SciFi Diner Classic aims to do is to share these interviews with you. If you have been with us from the beginning, then bear with us as we introduce some of our newer listeners to voices from the past. Let me know what you think of this idea. Like it? Hate it? Let me know. We're bringing you just the interview and nothing else.

Movie Meltdown - Episode 88.1 You and Mandy?! Yeah right, in your dreams!! Ok, that's true. But after being creeped out by Bryan’s sappy dream, we get to this week’s buzz. Plus, all jokes (about a horse) aside, we go out on an amazing song. (Seriously Mandy, forget that Ryan guy… call me.) And once our host woke up, we talk about… Allison Scagliotti, Sharkarracuda, Daniel Craig, Napalm Death, The Raven, Burning Bright, Bryan romances Mandy (in his dreams), Warehouse 13, pickle juice, Brad Pitt would make a hot zombie, Stargate SG1, Texas popcorn, Will Ferrell’s serious acting, fat MacGyver, World War Z, Hansel and Gretel in 3D!!, Quantum of Solace, going on roadtrips with Wyatt Earp, the man with the largest face ever!, Tiger in the House, painting a night time seascape, Mr. Markie Mark, Snakes on a Train, naked Ramona and Beezus?, Daniel Radcliffe, Selena Gomez eating, ghosts are totally racists, Bob Ross, Earp: Saints for Sinners...and a horse! “Is drunk an emotion??"
BONUS EPISODE! Allison Scagliotti is the "Good Will Hunting" of actresses--wicked smaht, wicked pretty and wicked sweet (I realize that "wicked" is an awkward modifier for "sweet," but sometimes the truth is awkward). She plays Claudia Donovan on SyFy's "Warehouse 13." In this ep she talks about overachieving, self-flagellation and Courtney Love. Get all up in her business on Twitter: @allisonscag.

November 13, 2009 – In an attempt to fuel the legend of the Blur, twins Jayna and Zan — who have the ability to morph into animals and water-based forms, respectively—begin performing saves around Metropolis and painting Clark’s shield at the scene of the crime. Unfortunately, mistakes made by the twins push the Blur under scrutiny […]
