It's not clear at which point Kyle Johnson, protagonist of The Luck of the Irish (2001), is killed and the rest of the film is just the product of his neurons firing one last time, but it must be pretty early on because this is probably the most unhinged DCOM Andy and Luke have tackled so far. The movie tells the age-old story of a basketball-loving boy who discovers he hails from a family of leprechauns and - uh oh - begins transforming into a leprechaun when his lucky coin is stolen. Andy and Luke grapple hopelessly with the most baffling DCOM plot yet, but not as hopelessly as this movie grapples with accents, or weighty themes such as heritage and the immigrant experience. Well, I hope the wait for this one didn't fill you all with anticipation or anything, because we've got quite a “unique” DCOM for you this month. Not only because of its whole vignette thing, but there's just something in its very DNA that just feels…off? In this random yet highly entertaining episode a very tired Lizz and Kelly talk about Car Mom nesting, Oreo conspiracy theories, and the forgotten Dcom smash hit that should have won last episode's great eight.  Kelly reveals the name everyone's guessing for her baby that is wrong and drops another baby name clue.  The millennial word of the day is touch grass. As in, the people sending Kelly unhinged DMs about her kids' bedroom and LV bag really need to go touch some grass.  Kelly and Lizz are both putting their word of the year to use and will be normalizing blocking people and saving a buck.  Headlining today's driveway dump is Disney World hype. What's with the iconic food at this theme park? Is it as good as it looks or is it just glorified amusement park food? Dino Busalachi of Velta Technology talks to Dale about a 2021 security patch to DCOM that broke a number of ICS systems including Rockwell Automation and Siemens. Microsoft had a registry setting that disabled the patch and the incompatibility problem, but this ability to disable the patch goes away on 14 March 2023. Of course this topic leads us down the patching in ICS rabbit hole, hopefully with some informed and helpful information.
