This week IMPACT Wrestling continued to forget a path to their next big premium event Sacrifice with continued collaboration with All Elite Wrestling and the addition of NJPW stars to the mix as well. These three brands are aligning themselves for a “us vs them” scenario as AEW President Tony Kahn described it with WWE playing the role of ‘them’. WrestleZone’s fun-driven four of Bill Pritchard, Robert DeFelice, Kevin Kellam, and Dominic DeAngelo tackle all of these topics plus they goof on the titles of Spider-Man movies that are not out yet.
How will veteran Tommy Dreamer offer to challenge Rich Swann for the IMPACT World title at the upcoming No Surrender pay-per-view event? This week’s IMPACT also saw beloved knockout make a surprise return with OBD coming back to shake up the women’s scene. If you ‘own the night’ on Tuesdays or simply want to catch up on the brand that is still shaking up the wrestling world, this podcast has you covered. WrestleZone’s Bill Pritchard, Kevin Kellam, and more run down this week’s show on AXS TV and what’s ahead for IMPACT. Ambos anticiparon el éxito popular que alcanzaría New skin for the old ceremony (Nueva piel para la vieja ceremonia, 1974).
