The Celtics beat the Heat 98-96 after being down 22pts!!!!! The Celtics came out of the gate as sloppy as it gets with the starters shooting just 1-14 from the field in the first quarter and find themselves in a massive hole that eventually grew to 22pts just for the Celtics to outscore the Heat by 21 in the 3rd quarter to tie it heading into the 4th! The Celtics lose to the Pacers 98-96 in a game of massive runs. JB didn't play tonight so it feels like this was a scheduled loss even against the Pacers but the Celtics were right in this game down the stretch. The Celtics, who have the most efficient offense in NBA history gets held to just 95pts on 41% from the field, 36% from 3 and only 4FT attempts... The Celtics beat the Raptors 125-117 improving to 24-13 on the season! This was a game where you got contributions up and down the roster. Pritchard led the way with a team high 27pts and 8ast but also added 5 reb. JB, while not as efficient as normal, added 25pts 8reb 7ast. The Boston Celtics beat the Bulls 115-101 improving to 23-12 and move into 2nd place in the Eastern Conference after the Knicks got waxed by Detroit! Anfernee Simons led the way scoring tonight with 27pts all of which came in the 2nd half! He started this game 0-3 from beyond the arc and went on to hit 8 for his next 11!!! Pritchard also played really well in this scoring 21pts including a buzzer beater over 3 guys to conclude the 2nd quarter and then went off for 11pts in the 3rd. After a tough first quarter where the Celtics gave up 39pts after a 6-6 from 3 start from the Pacers, the Celtics calmed down and blew the doors off the Pacers 140-122.
