Scotty recently met up with Scotty Williams to hear more about his popular YouTube channel and his love for the Aussie bush and its inhabitants. @scottysgonewalkabout is a keen wanderer, adventurer, husband and father to be. This past week he's been hiking in some of the most epic country the Kimberley region has on offer. Scotty met up with Scotty for a quick pre walk yarn and then again after he returned. Craft beer was meant to be better, to create an artisanal experience out of flavor, history, and culture. But sometimes, we overindulge and lose sight of what brought us here. My next guest reminds us that, for a great experience, mindful drinking is mandatory, but alcohol is optional. We find great experiences at the intersection of craft and culture. These are the stories of us, of great food and the beer that brings it all together. For the Craft and Culture of Beer, this is episode 144 of Good Beer Matters with Certified Cicerone and AFicioNAdo founder, Meagen Anderson. Show Links AFicoNAdo Certification Program GBM 111 with Meagen and Spencer GBM 135 with Ted Slingerland GBM 105 Ceria Brewing GBM 121 Athletic Brewing GBH Culture of Over-Drinking article AFNA book Dr. Andrew Huberman -Huberman Lab - Alcohol your body and your brain In this final episode, I want to thank all the guests who came on the show to share their stories and their experiences. And, I want to thank all of you who've listened. At this point, I'm pressing pause on the Good Beer Matters podcast because I've said what I was compelled to say. Now, I want to take Good Beer Matters in other directions. It's not good by forever, just goodbye for now. So, consider this the end of the beginning, not the beginning of the end. There are more stories to tell and great beers to be experienced. But for now, the rest of this journey is yours. I would love to hear what stories resonated with you the most, and what you're doing to make beer culture even better. Don't forget to grab a beer, hang out with your friends, and let your world open up. Thank you for listening all these years. Episode 142 brings a brief disbandment of the three amigos as Rishabh is set to fly back to the big apple but not without another classic 2 hour conversation that is as much a throwback to the good old lockdown days as it is a reflection of how far we've all come; us and all our patrons too. With Rabindra's fight at One Championship Thailand almost here, we urge all our patrons to show up for the big night on the 15th. We hope you enjoy the podcast and although it has come after a brief hiatus, it should effortlessly slide back into your favorite list. Another momentous milestone with a man whose enthusiasm for life is infectious. Anand Dharmaraj's quest and wanderlust outpace the adversities that are served an eager middle finger. The presiding deity of three enterprises; Indimotard Adventures, which is a curated international ride experience, Greasehouse Garage, which is somewhere between an ICU and a spa for Bengaluru's papmpered motorcycles and T.W.O. or Throttle wide open, India's first and only track riding school, Anand Dharmaraj gets his highs from motorcycles and fast lanes. This is an audio portrait of a person who has petrol in his veins, grease in his nails and grit in his gut. A son, a father, a husband, a teacher, a biker, a tech head, a motor head and certainly a comrade; Anand as his name suggests believes in the moment because nothing else matters. Anand Dharmaraj is a motorcycling legend of our times and a story we have been wanting to tell for a very long time. Served along with a gust of fresh mountain air from Kerala with Ouseph Chacko on MyWay and Thaikkundum Bridge melodies, this is the delectable Saadya to relish. Grab your headphones if you want to hear the papad crackle. Cheers --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/bikerradiorodcast/message

She's everywhere! By everywhere I mean global. The Lady in White aka The White Lady. Always dressed in a white dress, long hair, walking along a lonely stretch of road by herself. A ghostly hitchhiker if you will. Her story always involves some sort of tragedy or heartbreak. Oh! notice our new cover art! A catsitter, graphic arts student we know. We hired her to cat sit and found out she's studying graphic design. No cocktail tonight but drinking Southern Cross Spiced Rum on the rocks. It's a warm and cozy, fall in a glass rum. Ron Freestone has had one of the most interesting lives out of anyone Scotty has ever met. Whilst on safari around the Kimberley for the second round, Scotty and Ron sat down at Aunauyu (Surveyors Pool) to yarn about a few of Ron's adventures. There's so many standouts, like pushing a track into Jim Jim Falls for the first time that any vehicle got through with nothing but a compass and some coordinates from a Heli pilot, paddling the Croc infested Douglas Daly River then walking over land back to the highway and then picking their vehicle up 2 months later after the wet season was over and lots more. Unfortunately you can't bottle these yarns and as much as Scotty tried to raise some of the crackers he heard over the 10 days, he only managed to get a smidgen of what he could to share. We trust you'll enjoy! Cheers --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/bushyarns/message

There's a lot of titles that come to mind but Boss Woman is the most fitting we reckon. Larissa Walker is directly responsible for 90% of the Gibb River Roads “scones with jam and cream” consumption. 17000 scones last season which equates to over 100 scones a day going out the door to be exact. From her place on the Gibb, Larissa, Husband Logan and their two kids welcome in visitors from all walks of life. In this EP she shares about living remote and the challenges and rewards that her role brings. Want to know how to get to where she is? Listen in and there's a few tips at the end also. Hello and welcome, we are all the Sons of CPAs, join us this week with another special co-host, Marcus Mire, CPA recorded in person in Lafayette, Louisana on Friday, November 19, 2021 ... today we're talking about Change Management in an accounting firm, here are some takeaways: the pain of the present needs to be more powerful than the pain of change. you have to be continually reminded of that big picture reverting back to the comfort of what's familiar don't make any changes in a cavalier way what is your intended outcome of the change and be very clear on that...is it time? Is it money? Is it freedom? Is it growth? you might have to backpedal, you might have to start back at square one sunk costs are the enemy in a world where our minds change over time to make change happen, you got to champion it accept the reality of change and move on Things are going to change around you and you've got no control over that. That's where you got to pivot your current mindset and shift. And th that's another story for another day...Cheers --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/sonsofcpas/message

Charlie Cifarelli is a proud New Yorker that now lives in Pennsylvania in the United States of America. Charlie began his career in corrections and now works as a consultant in waste management. I have been very fortunate in my life to have met and talked to a lot of amazing and inspiring people and he is right up there as one of the best. Charlie has just completed 365 consecutive days of clean fasting which resulted in a net weight loss of some 71 pounds or 32 Kg. Charlie had an unsuccessful earlier attempt at intermittent fasting but explains why he was not ready to commit at the time. He explains how journaling about his weight loss journey each day really changed the game and helped him develop a mindset to finally achieve his goals. Learning the difference between head hunger and belly hunger was also helpful in Charlie's success. He also tells us what tools and strategies he uses while fasting. The non-scale victories and health benefits that came Charlie's way are simply stunning including renewed hair growth among others. Charlie tells us about how freeing the IF lifestyle is and how he is at peace with himself and everything around him. He tells us of his new love of clothes for his new body and how he feels he has finally come out from behind the curtain and is proud of the way he now looks. At the end of the show, Charlie tells us about his miracle dog Star left for the dead on the streets of New York City after been shot by police. You can read about this incredibly heart-warming story here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_(dog) Enjoy the Show Graeme News Next week -Gin Stephens New York Times best-selling author joins us on the fasting highway to discuss all things fast feast repeat and about her own journey with intermittent fasting and some amazing insights about the IF lifestyle.
