This week's guest was an inspiration to both of our hosts for his ability to play both sides of the ball in college and bring some added swag to the SEC. And although Patrick Peterson and Bryant McFadden ultimately signed elsewhere, they each took visits to the University of Georgia because of the standard that Champ Bailey had set. So it's only right that we welcome one of the most accomplished corners ever to the show (25:30)! But first, P2 and BMac chop it up on what's happening at Vikings OTAs (1:30). Does Pat have a swag update to share? And how is he acclimating with his new organization? 'Has Pat Heard!?' sees how much he knows about the latest happenings with a member of his 2011 draft class and what went down in the golf world this weekend (11:30). '7 Questions' asks if the guys prefer to play man or zone coverage (17:30). Next it's time for our secondary to expand. Champ Bailey discusses everything from his collegiate exploits to his pro dominance and many moments along his career (25:30). First, the Georgia native details his start in football, how he ended up with the Dawgs and finishing 7th in the 1998 Heisman Trophy voting. We then take it to the NFL as this GOAT shares what it was like learning from 2 other all-time studs at the position and teaming up with Deion Sanders and Darrell Green in the Washington secondary. P2 has to ask some technical DB questions regarding Champ's stance and we get educated on an absolutely wild stat from his career. Bailey tells the guys what it was like to get traded to Denver in 2004, how he developed his reputation as a strong tackler, what happened on that infamous play with Ben Watson and his other-worldly 2006 season. An inquisitive Pat P hears all sorts of Hall of Fame details before we cover current Broncos topics such as former QB Tim Tebow returning to the NFL as a tight end, the selection of CB Patrick Surtain II and Aaron Rodgers rumors. Finally, Superlatives where Champ lists his top 5 cornerbacks of all time!
