Eric Fullerton is administrator of a private school, Belpre Christian in Belpre, OH. His son Eli is a student-athlete there, but also runs cross country with the local public high school. Eli placed 5th in the state of Ohio and will likely earn a college scholarship due to the law allowing him to participate even though he's not a public school student.
