Well it's my first show of 2011 and a great start to the new year.  First off I give some exciting news about a fiture Blu-ray release and say goodbye to a friend of the show.  This week kicks off my month of fitness with my DVD review of Billy Blanks Taebo : Insane Abs(Courtesy of Anchor Bay Entertainment).  Then I hit the game grid with my movie review of Tron : Legacy and wrap things up with my Blu-ray review of The A-Team (Courtesy of Fox Entertainment) as another 80's icon gets a re-launch.  Music for this week features the songs Insane by Markovich/AMP & Shower Music for the Insane by Gringo Motel, both be found at www.podsafeaudio.com along with the intro song Let's Get Ramblin by Dynamo Snackbar.  Other instrumental music is by the band Mr. Burns (www.mrburnsmusic.com).  As always your comments and suggestions are welcome
