What You Need to Know is that the left always accuses us conservatives of doing exactly what they are doing. Jon Stuart accused Raheem Kassam and Jack Posobiec of chasing popularity by trying to promote care for veterans, yet that is exactly what Jon Stuart is doing. Gregory Wrightstone is a geologist, Executive Director at the CO2 Coalition, and author of Inconvenient Facts: The science that Al Gore doesn't want you to know. Gregory joins Ed to discuss the true story of climate change and global warming, as well as the ways that the left bends climate science to push their agenda. He exposes how the left and big tech is censoring the true science of the benefits of carbon dioxide. Todd Bensman, senior fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies and author of America's Covert Border War, talks about his recent column New Migrant 'Superhighway' Bringing the World from South America to Texas. Bensman discusses with Ed the evolving routes that South Americans are taking to get to the United States. Wrap up: Here's some good news! Our friend Hal Shurtleff, who won in front of the Supreme Court for flying a Christian flag, has now managed to get the Christian flag flying over Boston's city hall. Comedians are not fixing the world, we are making fun of it. Bassem Youssef was a successful heart surgeon in Egypt before he left his career in medicine to become the Jon Stuart of the Middle East. His version of The Daily Show became one of the most controversial shows in the history of television. He was arrested, interrogated and had his life seriously threatened as can be seen in the documentary about what he went through called Tickling Giants. Bassem is one of the bravest comedians who ever lived in my opinion and when his life was being threatened by every kind of fanatic every day in Cairo he told me "I never feared for my life, I would fear the reaction on Twitter. If people tell you you are not funny, that is worse than a bullet." "In the history of the world, people have always done atrocities in the name of God, and they always give a justification for it." After leaving Egypt he started doing stand up in Boston and now he is crushing audiences in Los Angeles. See him this weekend June 25 & 26, 2021 @ The Brea Improv. I worked with Bassem a few months ago and I howled with laughter at his excellently written and crafted material. His goal now is to have an hour special on Netflix as a testimony that he could bounce back from what happened to him in his home country. The ability to reinvent yourself is an opportunity that most people don't have. Don't live in the past and don't listen to advice. Make a new friend today and get to know your new favorite comedian Bassem Youssef here on Tom Rhodes Radio Smart Camp! You will become a smiley person just like Bassem after listening to this episode. Joy be upon you and happy summer time 2021! patreon.com/tomrhodesradiosmartcamp

I flew over the handlebars and the full weight and force of my body at about 20 miles per hour landed onto my face and my neck. I did a summersault on to the blacktop road and smashed the left side of my face, biting through my upper lip. How would I go back on camera the next day?Once I got to the hospital, I began to wonder, "What if I would not have made it after the crash?" or "What if I would have been stuck in the hospital for weeks - what would happen to my family, my clients and my business?"THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I talk so much about systems and hiring people. If you are still a solopreneur, this is not a badge of honor, you have literally employed yourself. Congratulations, you gave yourself a job!Start thinking today of all of the repetitive tasks you do in helping your clients or customers and begin creating documents or project templates of your processes. Once you do that, take off the training wheels and hire some people. There are millions of people out there looking for work and they are a hell of a lot better at doing those things that are not your one thing than you.Give the gift of giving people jobs and you will open up the world to them and open your business to the world. Right now you've got a tiny capacity to serve and be productive with your time.Get out there and start handing off work - and as my coach Jon Stuart says, work myself out of a job - hand it off and move up a notch to your next level. Many of you are attempting to be a media producer - spending hours learning technical software, creating graphics, editing your videos, making your website, landing pages, publishing your book on your own, learning everything yourself so you can save some money. NOT WASTING MONEY IS GREAT, but you will never save your way to success. Hire professionals to do the stuff that is not your ONE THING and become excellent at communicating your value to more people in the world, serving the people who hire you to the very best of your ability and DELEGATE every task to qualified people. You don't have to even hire full or part-time employees, you can start with projects then re-hire trusted people as needed.
