Wolfie dissects the capitulation against Swansea City last night in the Carabao Cup! Subscribe to TFN https://www.youtube.com/@TheFootyNetwork?sub_confirmation=1 Wolfie is back to dissect the dramatic Carabao Cup exit from last night, where a late capitulation saw the Reds lose to Swansea City despite a valiant effort. Ange Postecoglou's second game in charge ended in disappointment as Forest, leading 2-1, conceded twice in the final minutes to crash out, raising questions about the team's resilience under his Angeball style. Wolfie breaks down the key moments, from early promise to the defensive collapse, and what went wrong at the Liberty Stadium. With Ange opting for rotation and debuts for players like Douglas Luiz, the high-pressing, attacking philosophy showed flashes but faltered under pressure—Wolfie explores if this is truly Angeball or a work in progress. Losing two games in a row, including the Premier League defeat to Arsenal, has fans on edge—should we be worried about the new manager's impact, or is this teething trouble with a squad adapting to his demands? The absence of key defenders like Ola Aina and Murillo's injury concerns only add to the narrative. What's your take on this rollercoaster match—did Forest throw it away, or is Ange still finding his feet? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let's debate the future under his leadership. Forest take the trip to Swansea in the Carabao Cup this Wednesday evening! Check out FFTV Merch! Click Here: https://forestfantv.com/ With the Carabao Cup clash set for this Wednesday evening, Wolfie is here to break down the upcoming battle against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium. As new manager Ange Postecoglou prepares for his second outing with the Reds, Wolfie dives into his expected lineup, analysing how Ange might approach this competition after the Arsenal defeat, and whether he'll shake things up with a bold 11-change rotation to rest key players and blood new talent. The spotlight turns to potential debuts, with Douglas Luiz among those tipped for a first appearance after his summer move—will Ange unleash him to test his Angeball system against a Championship side? Wolfie explores the tactical possibilities, from high-pressing intensity to squad depth, and speculates on who else might get a chance, balancing Premier League demands with cup progression. With Ola Aina still sidelined, the defensive setup remains a talking point—could Neco Williams or a surprise name step up? What do you think of Wolfie's predicted lineup—does it match your vision for Ange's debut cup game? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let's debate the best way forward for Forest. This was on a par with that day in September 2005 when City were thrashed 7-1 at the Liberty Stadium by Swansea. Brian Tinnion cut a dejected picture slumped in the dug out some while after the final whistle. He knew his short time as manager had run its course and he was gone within days. Losing 6-0, City's performance can only be described as a disgrace and that goes from the way the side was set up by the coaches to the application showed by experienced professionals who, with a few exceptions, showed no pride in their performance. Ian, Mark, Lezz, Daniel and host David P discuss the action and suggest what the outcomes should be. Will Ashton pull the trigger on Holden to save his own skin or will the Lansdown take the brave decision to axe both of them plus the coaching staff and start building for next season now - sadly I think not. We talk about the mooted idea of Richard Scudamore being a candidate for CEO should Ashton be gone and question whether Tuesday's game against Reading could be make or break for Holden and how on earth the Berkshire side can afford to be paying [allegedly] Lucas Joao £38k per week!!!
