Born into a real estate family, Shon has been around the business since we was 4 years of age. After initially resisting getting into the real estate business, Shon experienced his first taste of the benefits and opportunities available through real estate at the age of 18 when he flipped his first house netting a cool $60,000 profit. From that this point forward Shon was hooked! At the age of 20, Shon was introduced to a book that would go on to change his life. After reading the E-Myth by Michael Gerber, Shon became committed to systematizing the process of helping home buyers. This commitment to systemizing his process led Shon to consistently close over 100 buyer sales per year, year after year with just one assistant helping him. The system’s Shon employed created a consistent and predictable result resulting in a very streamlined and positive buying experience for his clients.
