Dumb Ass News - A classic story is making the rounds on TikTok, which proves (yet again) that the government does not understand how the internet works. From 2011, the naming of a new Government center goes hilariously awry, when a former mayor's name was immediately disqualified. Chaz and AJ opened up Concert Talk Tuesday, specifically asking the Tribe to share their memories from KISS shows they've been to in the past. (7:56) The Tribe was asked to call in their neighbors from hell, and took the assignment a little too seriously. Chaz and AJ had to intervene and re-name the topic to bring the bit back to comedy. Bad neighbors can be disruptive, inconsiderate, and just plain noisy. They can be overly loud, throw parties late into the night, or play loud music. They can also be aggressive with their pets, leave their trash out, and generally be uncooperative or unfriendly. It's important to be respectful of your neighbors, and to take steps to resolve any issues that arise in a respectful, diplomatic manner if that doesn't work use Plan B and cuss their a** out.

Relationships with neighbors are rather complicated affairs. Most of the time they’re strangers and the only thing you have in common with them is geographical location. But you’ll see and hear from them on a regular basis, quite possibly for years. Disagreements and arguments are inevitable, but sometimes they go beyond “dispute” and into “disturbing vendetta” territory.
