Governor John Fetterman told moderators he will not release his medical records prior to the November 8thelection—claiming he has been “very open” about his health struggles and that his doctor has declared him “fit to serve.”  4:15pm- While appearing on News Nation with Chris Cuomo, neurologist Dr. Huma Sheikh explained there is no guarantee John Fetterman will see improvements in his speech patterns and ability to speak spontaneously since he is already six months removed from the stroke he suffered.   4:20pm- During the debate, Dr. Mehmet Oz was asked whether he would support Lindsey Graham's proposed legislation to federally ban abortion after 15-weeks—Oz responded by stating he does not support any legislation that prevents states from making their own decisions on abortion.  4:35pm- Charles McElwee—Editor of Real Clear Pennsylvania—joins the show to recap Tuesday night's debate between Lt. Governor John Fetterman and Dr. Mehmet Oz. McElwee explains that he has heard from many Democrats who will not vote for Oz or leave the Senate portion of their ballot blank due to Fetterman's poor performance. Is the media responsible for failing to press Fetterman and his campaign harder on health concerns?  4:50pm- Appearing on MSNBC with Stephanie Rule, former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter referred to Dr. Mehmet Oz as a "complete fraud" and suggested that Oz's glorification of state's rights could be potentially harmful to black people in America.  4:55pm- During the debate, John Fetterman claimed to support fracking in Pennsylvania but could not explain away a 2018 interview where he stated he was against fracking. In 2018, Fetterman stated “I don't support fracking at all.” Can he be trusted on this issue? Or is he simply saying what he believes voters want to hear?  5:55pm- When asked about John Fetterman's rocky debate performance, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre stated that President Joe Biden has been impressed with Fetterman throughout his campaign.  6:05pm- In an opinion editorial featured on Fox News, Dr. Nichole Saphier addressed the 2022 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) which showed student math and reading scores have declined sharply since 2019, correlating to the K-12 remote learning adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Saphier explains the prolonged school lockdowns were the result of teacher union politics—and not based on science or medical recommendations.   6:55pm- Who Won Social Media? + Zeoli's Final Thought 

In today's second hour Dom Giordano leads off the hour by speaking with former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, who wrote an editorial in the Philadelphia Inquirer speaking out against the policies by Larry Krasner that have led the city of Philadelphia down a horrible path. Nutter tells of Krasner's seeming prioritization of his own political future over the safety of Philadelphians, and explains to Giordano why he labeled Krasner a ‘great white hope'. Nutter lays out what he was able to do as Mayor to create a safe environment for Philadelphians, telling of the policies that he enacted that helped bring business and tourism into the city. Then, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a professor at Stanford University, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to help dissect and break down the Omicron variant. First, Dr. Jay and Giordano discuss the messaging around the virus, with Dr. Jay stressing the importance of not driving panic and fear. Dr. Jay also gives his thoughts on herd immunity, and tells whether he believes the CDC will recognize natural immunity as a contributor to finding a solution for the virus.
