Charles and William were recently outed for hiding secret millions, refusing to pay taxes on all income and investing in businesses that undermine their climate change initiatives... amongst other things. In the wake of that scandal they've desperately tried to divert attention away from their shady business, but their ploys only serve to highlight how sinister they really are. Prince William continues with his earthshot charade despite his and Charles' duchies making a fortune off of businesses and projects that worsen climate change... not help it. He has also made grand statements declaring his intent to end homelessness, only to find out his and Charles' duchies not only charge their patronages rent, but often times at market rate... and even ABOVE market rate. Couple that with the fact that several of their residential properties rate F and G on a standard rating scale (with A being the best). They're PR rehab only spotlights how they are contributing far more to the problems they pretend to care about resolving. It also appears William used Earthshot to stake his claim in Africa, as he has been known to be quite territorial over his presence their in an attempt to best his far more credible and philanthropic brother, Prince Harry. But Willy also seems to be using his latest trip to get closer to Heidi Klum, as his office personally asked her to attend his trip, all news coverage has involved her and him equally promoting the organization and attending events (including a barbecue on the beach), his wife isn't in attendance, and after all that Heidi admitted she didn't exactly know what Earthshot was. Is playboy willy looking to replace Rose Hanbury as his alleged mistress? While Kate was left behind while William globetrots, he's still using the fake "family man" image to further his one-sided competition with his brother, even copying his nickname. When it was revealed in 2020 that Prince Archie calls Prince Harry, "Papa", confirmed by a monogrammed leather folder he carried around New York on official business, now 4 years later William is sporting a bracelet allegedly given to him by Charlotte with the same name. Prince William has never been known to wear bracelets, let alone handmade bracelets like Prince Harry who's spoken about how each of his bracelets have a deep meaning, but William has also never been known to be called Papa... until now. CopyKate and Workshy WIlly are equally yoked. The ploys didn't work, as William was met with protests throughout his trip. After squaddies put up a wall of defense around the Sussexes, Charles, Camilla & Co have used to media to aim at William and Andrew. With Charles now claiming he is severing financial ties with Andrew over his friend with Epstein. Meanwhile Charles was friends with Jimmy Savile and Peter Ball.... even after their crimes were publicized. So his seperation from Andrew isn't related to Epstein, it's just another way to hoard wealth. Lastly, the #WhereIsKate conspiracy theories were blamed globally on Squaddies. Now the Sussex Squad definitely asked questions about the royal family's strange behavior at the top of 2024, and Kate's fake photoshopped pictures didn't help, but the actual crux of the conspiracies are now being revealed as a vast online network tied to UK Government Sanctions for Russian Disinformation. Kate NEVER HAD CANCER... she had precancerous cells according to her husband. Extrahepatic biliary cancer is a specific type of biliary cancer that occurs outside the liver. It is considered rare, quite serious and often symptomless until later stages. The average age at diagnosis is 72. Extrahepatic biliary cancer typically involves the bile ducts, which carry bile from the liver and gallbladder to the small intestine. It can also involve the gallbladder, which plays a role in the digestion of fats by storing, concentrating and releasing bile as needed. One of the main genetic factors that contribute to biliary cancer is the mutation of Kras, a gene that regulates cell growth and division. Mutated Kras can cause cells to grow uncontrollably and form tumors. Another important genetic factor is the mutation of p53, a gene that normally acts as a guardian of the genome and triggers cell death or repair when DNA damage occurs. Mutated p53 can impair this function and allow cells to survive and accumulate more mutations. “[...] the exact role of p53 in the development of extrahepatic biliary cancer remains elusive.” In a new editorial paper, researchers Munemasa Nagao, Kenta Mizukoshi, Shinnosuke Nakayama, Mio Namikawa, Yukiko Hiramatsu, Takahisa Maruno, Yuki Nakanishi, Tatsuaki Tsuruyama, Akihisa Fukuda, and Hiroshi Seno from Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine discussed their recent study exploring the role of p53 in preventing the development of extrahepatic biliary cancer. The 'cytosponge' test, which she describes as a cost-effective, low-impact out-patient procedure, was previously reported in The Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology. Prof Fitzgerald goes on to discuss testing for Trefoil Factor 3 (TFF3) as a biomarker of Barrett's Oesophagus, and introduces the BEST3 trial, currently recruiting participants.

Infection with Helicobacter pylori, carrying a functional cag type IV secretion system (cag-T4SS) to inject the Cytotoxin associated antigen (CagA) into gastric cells, is associated with an increased risk for severe gastric diseases in humans. Here we studied the pathomechanism of H. pylori and the role of the cag-pathogenicity island (cag-PAI) for the induction of gastric ulcer and precancerous conditions over time (2-64 weeks) using the Mongolian gerbil model. Animals were challenged with H. pylori B128 (WT), or an isogenic B128DeltacagY mutant-strain that produces CagA, but is unable to translocate it into gastric cells. H. pylori colonization density was quantified in antrum and corpus mucosa separately. Paraffin sections were graded for inflammation and histological changes verified by immunohistochemistry. Physiological and inflammatory markers were quantitated by RIA and RT-PCR, respectively. An early cag-T4SS-dependent inflammation of the corpus mucosa (4-8 weeks) occurred only in WT-infected animals, resulting in a severe active and chronic gastritis with a significant increase of proinflammatory cytokines, mucous gland metaplasia, and atrophy of the parietal cells. At late time points only WT-infected animals developed hypochlorhydria and hypergastrinemia in parallel to gastric ulcers, gastritis cystica profunda, and focal dysplasia. The early cag-PAI-dependent immunological response triggers later physiological and histopathological alterations towards gastric malignancies.
