Jane Foster has cancer: This is very accurate. In fact, how they handle the Mighty Thor is accurate to the comics, except it happens far, far too quickly. Fear not, True Believer! Jane Foster is still alive in the comics as Valkyrie. Omnipotent City: From the comics, seen in the God Butcher story line from 2012. There is an interpretation of Zeus in Marvel comics, but he has many different versions. As for his “Thunderbolt” weapon: no. That's not a thing. Eternity is in the comics, but is nothing like the movie portrayed. Hercules and Thor have butted heads a ton of times, so this is nothing new, really. Hercules is an Avenger in the comics.

And thus the churning pot of random randomity (definitely a word) that is Marvel Shawarma churns out another episode. Such fun. Featured Artist: TJ Rosa Tj Rosa grew up in the tiny town of Dayton, Indiana, but currently resides in West Lafayette, where she attends Purdue University studying Elementary Education with minors in Women's Studies and Theatre. She is 19 years old and her instrumental skills include guitar, piano, and ukulele. Tj develops her sound by combining her wide range of influences, including indie, acoustic pop, rock, show tunes, and pop punk. She studies guitar with Jeff Anderson and piano and songwriting with Nicky Kerr. The subject matter of Tj’s tunes ranges from love songs to lullabies, and most things in between, and she’s performed locally at farmers markets, festivals, gallery walks, and concerts. Tj recently released her first EP entitled “Yellow,” which features five of her original songs. You can see Tj perform live at this years Taste of Tippecanoe on Saturday, June 17th.
