God's sovereignty does not cancel your responsibility, nor is it threatened by your participation.Don't do anything unless you're 100% sure it's God. - wrong God usually gives direction while we're in motion, not frozen. Even God can't steer a parked car—you apply the gas while He turns the wheel. Acts 16:10 NLT ....  God guides walkers more than watchers.How to walk in God's will:Search the written Word. The Bible reveals God's general will; the spoken word reveals His specific will—but never contradicts Scripture. Psalm 119:105 ESVWalk closely with the Lord. The Bible gives principles; intimacy reveals your path. Romans 12:2 NLT ... Don't make knowing God's will your goal; make knowing God your goal.Focus on who you're becoming. Matthew 6:33 ESV ... We want a map; God is building the man. If you're spiritually mature, trust your decisions. God isn't raising dependent toddlers but mature sons and daughters who know His heart. 1 Corinthians 2:16 NLT; Psalm 37:4 ESVIf you miss it, trust God to reroute. Isaiah 55:7 NLT: A wrong turn doesn't have to be your final destination. God is better at rerouting your life than you are at messing it up.Conclusion: Remember maps? But better than a map is traveling with someone who's already been there. That's how walking with God works. When His will becomes your will, He illuminates your path—what looked confusing becomes clear, what seemed impossible becomes attainable.You don't need to know everything about the road when you know the One riding with you.God has a will for your life. The act of ruling; royal power, rule and reign.  This is the primary component, God's reigning activity.    2. territory ruled by a king, kingdom. 2. TDNT, I:582f.   1. the essential meaning is reign rather than realm.  2. this reign comes down by divine intervention, not by human efforts.  .  .  3. “the concern of the kingdom as God's action towards man is soteriological, so that our explanation of it stands or falls with our explanation of soteriology generally in the preaching of Jesus Christ and His apostles.”    B. THE PRESENT KINGDOM. 1. The kingdom of God came with Jesus.  Mark. 1:15; Luke. 17:20-21 2. The kingdom of God has come.  Matthew. 12:28; Acts 5:16; 8:7 3. The keys of the kingdom were given.  Matthew. 16:18-19; 18:18. 4. The kingdom of God was given to the church.  Matthew. 21:43; Luke. 12:32; Revelation. 1:6 5. The kingdom started small and grew.  Matthew. 13:31-32 6. The kingdom is being entered now.  Luke. 16:16 7. Christ's kingdom is not of this world.  John 18:36; Colossians. 1:13 C. HOW TO PRAY “THY KINGDOM COME”. 1. ETHICAL - Intensively for God's people.   2. EVANGELISTIC - Extensively among the lost.    3.  ESCHATOLOGICAL - ultimately for the future. D. THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IN HEAVEN. 1.  Reference is to God's “revealed will” of His moral law now and future glory.   2.  Immediate, complete and whole-hearted obedience on earth as in heaven.   3. This is needed both by unbelievers and believers.    Conclusion

As we enter Holy Week, we can ponder Jesus's fundamental motivation.  Whether growing up in Nazareth or preaching throughout Galilee and Judea, whether acclaimed by the crowds or nailed to the Cross, Jesus is always doing one thing: fulfilling his Father's will.  This is at the crux of our own identity as sons and daughters of God in Christ
