A challenge to himself was the impetus behind the creation of 7 Days. The fourth album by Bassist/Composer Mauricio Morales. Then, after 7 days, it was completed, giving a true raw and visceral, in the moment album, created in just 7 days. In this episode, Tommy Benson talks to Mauricio about his upcoming performance on Oct. 17, this coming Thursday at the Angel City Jazz Fest!  Tommy also explores some of this creative and important jazz voice's thoughts on music school, locations for thriving musically and the creative process!
