In this episode of Memorizing Tarot Cards, we explore the Two of Cups, a card symbolizing partnership, harmony, and emotional connection. Learn how the two figures, the caduceus, the winged lion, and the colors reveal messages of balance, intentional relationships, and spiritual alignment.

Some psychologists symbolize the consciousness as a knife very capable of separating us from that which is fastened to us, extracting our strength. These psychologists believe that the only way to escape the power of this or that “I” is to observe it more clearly, each time with the objective of comprehending it so as to become cognizant of it. These people think that in this way, separation of ourselves from this or that “I” will eventually occur, although it may be just by the width of a knife’s edge. In this manner, they say, the “I” separated by the consciousness resembles a cut plant. Becoming conscious of any “I,” according to them, means separating it from our psyche and condemning it to death. Without question, although apparently very convincing, such an idea fails in practice. An “I” which has been cut off from our personality by the knife of consciousness, thrown out of the house like the black sheep of the family, continues in the psychological space. Transformed into a demon of temptation, it insists on returning home. It does not submit so easily. In no way does it wish to eat the bitter bread of exile. It looks for an opportunity, and when we let down our guard for a minute it accommodates itself anew within our psyche. Gravest of all, is that within an exiled “I,” there is always a certain percentage of Essence, consciousness, imprisoned. All those psychologists who think this way have never been successful in dissolving any of their “I’s”; they have actually failed. No matter how hard one tries to evade the question of the Kundalini, it remains a very serious problem. In fact, the “ungrateful child” never progresses in the esoteric work on himself. Obviously, an “ungrateful child” is anyone who scorns Isis, our own particular, individual, Divine Cosmic Mother. Isis is one of the autonomous parts of our own Being, yet a derivative. The igneous serpent of our magical powers is Kundalini. Obviously, only Isis has the absolute power to disintegrate any “I,” this is irrefutable, indisputable and incontrovertible. Kundalini is a compound word: KUNDA reminds us of the abominable “Kundabuffer organ,” and LINI is an Atlantean term meaning termination. Kundalini means “the termination of the abominable Kundabuffer organ.” In this case, it is imperative not to confuse Kundalini with Kundabuffer. As we already stated in a previous chapter, the igneous serpent of our magical powers is found coiled up three and a half times inside of a certain magnetic center, located in the coccygeal bone at the base of the spinal column. When the serpent rises, it is Kundalini; when it descends, it is the abominable Kundabuffer organ. Through White Tantra the serpent ascends victoriously along the spinal canal awakening the powers of deification. Through Black Tantra the serpent hurtles downward from the coccyx toward the atomic infernos of the human being. This is how many are transformed into terribly perverse demons. Those who make the mistake of attributing all the sinister, negative characteristics of the descending serpent to the ascending serpent, definitely fail in the Work upon themselves. The evil consequences of the abominable Kundabuffer organ can only be annihilated with the Kundalini. It would not be an overstatement to say that such evil consequences are crystallized in the pluralized ego of revolutionary psychology. The hypnotic power of the descending serpent has submerged humanity in unconsciousness. By contrast, only the ascending serpent can awaken us. This truth is an axiom of Hermetic wisdom. Now we understand better the deep significance of the sacred word Kundalini. Conscious will is always represented as a sacred woman, Mary, Isis, who crushes the head of the descending serpent. Frankly speaking, in plain language, the dual flow of light, the living and astral fire of the Earth has been represented in ancient mysteries as a serpent with a bull, billy goat, or dog’s head. It is the double serpent of the Caduceus of Mercury and the tempting serpent of Eden. But it is also, without the slightest doubt, the bronze serpent of Moses entwined in the “Tau,” that is to say, the “generating lingam.” This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is Moses-serpent.jpg It is the male goat of the Sabbath and the Baphomet of Gnostic Templars, the Hyle of universal Gnosticism, the double tail of the serpent that forms the feet of the solar cockerel of Abraxas. The “black lingam” inserted in the metallic “yoni,” (symbols of the God Shiva, of Hindustani divinity) is the secret key to awaken and develop the ascendant serpent or Kundalini. This is under the lifelong condition of never spilling the “vessel of Hermes Trismegistus,” the thrice great God, Ibis of Thoth. We have spoken between the lines for those who know how to understand. Whosoever has understanding let them understand, for herein lies wisdom. Black Tantra practitioners are different. They awaken and develop the abominable Kundabuffer organ, serpent of temptation from Eden, when they commit the unforgivable crime of spilling the sacred wine during their rites. Another thing Texas is good at is odd place names. Like…Bacon, Bangs, Beans, Bee Cave, Bigfoot, Blackjack, Bluntzer and Bobo, Bootleg, Bugtussle, Cat Spring, Cut and Shoot, Ding Dong and El Gato, Goodnight and Gun Barrel City, Happy, Humble, Hoop and Holler, Hornbeak, Knickerbocker, Latex, Log Cabin, Muleshoe and Lovelady. There's Nada, Noodle, Oatmeal, Raisin, Scissors, Scurry, Smiley and Snook, Spearman, Tarzan, Uncertain and Who'd Thought It! Apparently Mercury stopped a fight between two serpents by throwing his rod at them at which point they wrapped themselves around the rod and the symbol was born. Those who follow the musical career of Maynard James Keenan, lead singer of bands such as Tool, Puscifer and A Perfect Circle, may not know that he is an accomplished winemaker in the Grand Canyon state. He planted his first vines in Arizona in 2002 and from 2009 has been making such good wine at his Caduceus winery that he has become a bit of a poster boy for Arizona wine. He tells wine writer and ex Arizona resident Elaine Chukan Brown how the late South Australian winemaker Taras Ochota inspired him to become America's pioneer of unusual blends – a red wine grape with a white one, for instance.  Other Australian influences include using his lab equipment to analyze two of the country's most famous classic wines which showed him that grapes don't need to be super-ripe to make great wine. Ladies & Gentlemen, on this Episode of Subconscious Realms we welcome back our Jonah to discuss Project Sunshine...On January 18, 1955, then-AEC commissioner Dr. Willard Libby said that there was insufficient data regarding the effects of fallout due to a lack of human samples – especially samples taken from children – to analyze. Libby was quoted saying, "I don't know how to get them, but I do say that it is a matter of prime importance to get them, and particularly in the young age group. So, human samples are often of prime importance, and if anybody knows how to do a good job of body snatching, they will really be serving their country. This led to over 1,500 samples being gathered, of which only 500 were analyzed. Many of the 1,500 sample cadavers were babies and young children, and were taken from countries from Australia to Europe, often without their parents' consent or knowledge. According to the investigation launched after a British newspaper reported that British scientists had obtained children's bodies from various hospitals and shipped their body parts to the United States, a British mother had said that her stillborn baby's legs were removed by British doctors, and to prevent her from finding out what had happened, she was not allowed to dress the baby for the funeral.

The Two of Cups is the card that represents unified love, mutual attraction, and a partnership. The Ace of Cups is when the feelings for someone starts and begins.This card shows that the other feels the same way which is how a partnership started. It can also represent an excellent strong friendship or partnership as well.When the relationship manifests, this card indicates that you begin to feel giddy and happy, and it feels just right. It does not just have to refer to new lovers. It can indicate a business relationship that connects well, and both parties can work very well together, which increases the chances for success. I don't have to tell you how fake people can be because, sadly, I have to say, I don't trust a lot of people. I don't like being that way, but I have broken too many friendships because they are two-faced. I am not going to pretend I am perfect because I am not. I have done things I am not proud of, but I have had many Two of Cups reversed situations regarding friendships. So I am very selective with who I hang with from now on. I admit it gets lonely, but you know what? I just said something on my Facebook status regarding how it is better to be alone than to be friends with a bunch of fakes who will stab you in the back. I will tell you a story about a Two of Cups reversed situation involving an ex-best friend who hurt me in ways I cannot talk about in detail. However, I was friends with this woman for 18 years on and off. She has schizophrenia but was usually doing well as she was on her medications. However, she had to be hospitalized when the medications no longer worked. I always visited her during those times. But when she was on the right medication dosage, she was fine. However, to make a long story short, her husband was jealous of me, and he once took advantage of her being in a low moment, convincing her that I was evil and no good. She ran with it and started accusing me of things I never imagined she would do. I won't go into details, but she and her husband were harassing me to the point that I had to get the cops involved. They fortunately never bothered me again since this was over ten years ago. I get a strong sense at some point, she wanted to talk to me and apologize and make up but she must have been intuitive, too, because I would not have ever accepted her back. I also would not even accept an apology from her since she went too far. But now that I am on this topic, let's go over how you can use this card in your daily life, upright. How To Use The Two of Cups In Your LifeThere are several ways to use this card. If you have a friend with whom you had a spat and care more about the friendship than the spat, this is the card to look at to remind you why you have this friend and why this friend is important. Unfortunately, that will never happen with my ex-best friend as that will be Two of Cups reversed forever. You can also use this card if you want to manifest a relationship. You can meditate on the Two of Cups while you look for your dream guy or gal. I believe there is truth to manifestation and the Law of Attraction, but you have to be realistic about what to expect. So this is a great card to use for manifesting a good and strong relationship. The next card I will go over is the Three of Cups! Hello Wine Enthusiasts Welcome to the Daily Taste for Tuesday May 10th, 2022If you listen to this podcast, you know that I am passionate about wine that's made all over the world.  I have spent the past two weeks talking about the great wines being made in Texas so I thought I would shift gears and talk about the emerging wine county in the state of AZ.  Living here in CA, I always picture AZ as a dessert with extremely hot temperatures and a lot of cacti.  What I didn't realize is that Arizona is home to more than 110 wineries, vineyards, and cellars. Arizona is home to three American Viticulture Areas or AVAs including Sonoita, Willcox, and the newest AVA The Verde Valley.  The Sonoita AVA sits at 4500 to 5200 feet elevation and was the first AVA in the state of AZ.  The Willcox AVA which produces the majority of wine grapes in AZ is located at 4000 – 5000 feet where the diurnal temperatures during the growing season can experience 50-degree fluctuations between day and night.  The Verde Valley AVA is the newest of AZ's AVAs, located in the center of the state.  The Verde Valley encompasses 219 square miles and includes 19 commercial vineyards farming more than 136 acres of wine grapes, and 25 tasting rooms.  You can find more than 40 wine grape varieties in the Verde Valley including white varieties Malvasia Bianca, Seyval Blanc, and Picpoul Blanc.  You can also see red varieties like Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Tannat, and Barbera.  The AZ wine country has its own set of challenges including monsoon season.  I did an interview with Adam Gingrich, winemaker at Oak Creek Winery located in the Verde Valley, and here is what he had to say about the challenges of Monsoon season.If you want to visit the AZ wine country, Adam recommends visits to the Verde Valley in Northern AZ where you can taste wines from all over the state and dine at some of the best restaurants in AZ.    Adam recommends you taste at places like Oak Creek Winery, Merkin Vineyards, Caduceus, Pillsbury, and Page Springs. Okay, I admit, this episode is sort of a cheat episode. No grape in any of the bottles we drank in this episode was grown in the United States; unfortunately, there is very little Nebbiolo to be found growing here, save for small patches in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Washington. (Had I been thinking, I would have run down the street to Caduceus and grabbed a bottle of their Naugal del Paciencia. Whoops.) But the fact of the matter is that Nebbiolo is a grape of legend and, really, we couldn't go without talking about it. That, and I had wanted to crack open one of my Apocalypse Barolo bottles for several months at the time of this recording. What better way to drink it than in association with some of its potentially noble brethren? In the New World, while California has produced some stars with this grape from the fog-shrouded heights of the Piedmont of Italy, it has been Baja California that has stolen the show. L.A. Cetto is probably the most famous producer of this grape, or at least, the most accessible to find here in the United States. Join Megan, James, and myself as we drink the 2015 Private Reserve Nebbiolo from L.A. Cetto, alongside a 2009 Barolo from Pietro Rinaldi, comparing both to The Godfather, a Non-Vintage Nebbiolo made from grapes or juice imported from the Piedmont from Water's Edge Winery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
