This bold investment is aligned with the vision of the new ownership team that acquired the property in 2024 – to make Laetitia the destination where people celebrate life's important moments with wines worthy of every occasion, large or small. This multi-year initiative will replace the estate's aging vines, which have reached the end of their productive lifecycle. This recent Nipomo High School graduate will be attending Cal Poly to study Wine & Vit with a focus in Enology with a little help from this awesome local non-profit group. About Wines and Steins: Established in 1979, Wines and Steins is an organization to educate and support home wine and beer makers. The club hosts guest speakers who share their knowledge of viticulture, enology and brew mastery with the members. The club also provides pruning, shoot thinning, and vineyard equipment operation seminars. Wines and Steins also currently maintains the wine grapes located at the Paso Robles Event Center as a training and education site for the public.
